Staff was on top of it. The wonderful woman at the counter had to have had children. She even went to lengths of making fresh cookies to make my daughter feel at home. We travel a lot. It's a hard time some days for my children, however every staff person I encountered at this property already knew the anxiety and tried to help with accommodating my situation. I can't say enough about the staff here. They were so gracious and kind. I appreciate being able to meet all of you. Great job HR! Beautiful property. We felt safe, secure and had plenty of resources around us. Keep it up!

Person up front in the reception morning on 11/5/23 very unfriendly trying to get late checkout, that’s why I don’t stay when iam in town in Lacey this hotel! It was like for her a hustle to asked a late checkout!

I like the check-in process. Jessica was very friendly and the lady at breakfast was also great! Awesome breakfast with many options! One only thing I would complain is the smell of the carpet in the room, it is due for shampooing to give a clean and fresh smell in the room.
