Hotel Cristallo - Wellness Mountain Living

I wish I could give TEN STARS for this property!! We are discerning travelers the world over, and we have never experienced the level of service, quality of food, and attention to detail that Hotel Cristallo provided us. The property was so beautifully appointed, starting with the lobby and continuing to the bar/lounge. The accommodations were exemplary, clean and comfortable. Following stunning hikes in the mountains, we were indulged each afternoon with sweet and savory delights and a circuit of spa-like services. Everything from the warm water pool and steam/saunas, to infrared chairs and serene lounges. But wait, the food!! We usually enjoy dining out but decided to choose the 3/4 board option and are we ever glad we did! The breakfast was fit for a king…the freshest fruits, yogurts, juices, breads, pastries and a variety of egg selections made to order. For dinner we were offered a vast array of choices, with so many creative dishes, and a wine list that enticed even our jaded Napa Valley palates. Other enhancements were guided hikes, e-bike treks, grappa tastings and lunch on the mountain. Now you’d think that would be enough to prompt your booking…but the true highlight of this property was its people and their FIRST CLASS SERVICE. A huge shout out to front desk stars Marie and Vittoria; expert and fun mountain guide, Lucca; and the best waiter/sommelier ever, Raffaello. It’s this entire combination that makes for such a sublime experience and glorious memories. TEN STARS!

Facilities were fantastic, staff were warm, food was fabulous. The a**osphere of the hotel was just right - the rooms were spacious but cozy; restaurant was significantly better than other all inclusive / half boards we have stayed at; service was friendly and genuine. Another family we travelled with felt the same. We all plan to return next year.

Room 119 is in great need of refurbishing and was not like any of the other refurbished rooms that our family members stayed in. Would have expected same standard for all. The breakfast and dinner was excellent and the staff were very friendly and obliging. The spa is a great experience and the facilities of having ski pass, hire of boots etc that is done in the hotel is great too. Hotel’s taxi service was also very efficient

Our stay was amazing, the service was excellent as well as the spa facilities . Food was superb and Christina gave us a great service at the restaurant . The chef Joseph is a master ! The only thins that can be improved (1) to heat the jacuzzi in the indoor pool as it’s too cold (2) to add weights of 2 or 3 k at the gym (which was also great )

I love this hotel very much and I can’t wait to come back again. Very clean, the room size is big and also with a balcony, all staffs are super friendly. I love their facilities, They has a heated outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa, gym room and relax area. All very new and modern. Highly recommend!!!

Staffs at reception were kind and professional. Welcome and farewell were satisfactory. Spa facility was generally excellent except for the case that no warm water was provided at shower booth in indoor pool around dinner time. Rest of it, overall service and facility were exceptional. I would like to visit again.

We have been skiing in the Sella Ronda for 30 years and have stayed at many hotels in the region. This was our first stay at the Cristallo and it will not be our last. It is without question at the very top level of any four star hotel in the region and even better than some of the other five star hotels we have stayed. The facilities are excellent. We had two grandchildren 18 & 6 months old and we were a party of 8 in total and booked 3 rooms. All the rooms were well appointed with comfy beds. The rooms were 3 different levels and the family were all very pleased with each of the rooms. The hotel staff at every level were amazing including the family owners that run the hotel. They say lead by example and the owners do just that! The hotel caters for couples as well as families and we liked the fact that in the restaurant there is a family section which has the same service and standards but when kids scream it’s ok because you don’t feel you are disturbing other guests. The wine list is very good with an interesting selection of local wines and top Italian wines from other regions. Great job team Cristallo and thank you for helping us with transfers and our lunch bookings at our favourite mountain spots and going above and beyond our expectations looking after us all with our grandchildren. We hope to be back soon.

I gained a unforgettable experience about hiking tour with hotels owners and tour guide. They fun and kind. And the hotel’s leisure facilities is so great. Especially outdoor swimming pool. I had relax vacation in my trip. Thank you very much.

Proudly hidden in the valley up in the Dolomites a jewel hotel called Cristallo . A remarkable wooden construction providing a relaxing a**osphere . We had spent 3 great days and had enjoyed any minute of our stay . Hotel offers variety of superb services . The culinary experience is great . A’’a carte dinner is vey good (compliments to the chef ) Offering the same table for meals through the state is a great idea . Spa trea**ents are very professional . Ask for Leeann to perform the honey massage. Room was specious and well equipped . All team members which we had met were super cooperative . Hotel offers unique board arrangement . 3/4 board ??!! Ok that includes full buffet breakfast , afternoon snacks and dinner. Special weekly programs are offered and are free of charge such as wine tasting . Ohhh ..I almost forgot to mention the breathtaking views all over . For sure worth driving to stay in this hotel for a few days .
