The hotel is very clean. Our room was very small. There was nowhere to unpack your suitcase-nowhere to put clothes. A dresser would be nice, but seriously the room was too small for one. If I had known I wouldn’t have stayed here. It’s pretty far to the main Melecon if you don’t have a car and hard to find a spot down there if you do. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

El Moro is comfortable ,clean,tranquil and restful. The staff is very responsive and very genial. I would not hesitate to recognize recommend.

The room was wonderful, we had oceanfront and very clean. We had a kitchen and living room. You are able to walk to malecon.
The only thing we did not like was the pool. The pool looked dirty. Oh and our balcony door wouldn't lock from oneside.
Other than that we like it. I could bring my children to this hotel next time just hope their pool is clean.

Great place for kids and family. Right on the marina walk way, but not to close that you can hear all the noice from the cars.
Coffee shop was great and the cookies yum.
Overall always a good experince.

The hotel was really clean and the rooms were very spacious. Walkable to town, but a bit hot to make that walk in during the day. We received a drink voucher which we couldn't use because the bar was rarely open.
