SHA Wellness Clinic is a luxurious spa complex overlooking the Costa Blanca coastline. It offers an indoor and outdoor pool, a wide range of treatments and facilities, as well as modern, stylish suites.The SHA has 80 treatment rooms, focused on anti-aging, weight loss, beauty and detox treatments. It combines Western and Oriental relaxation methods.The Wellness Clinic area has over 6,000 square meters of facilities designed for improving health and well-being. The property offers wake-up and translation services.The SHA is easily accessible from the AP7 Motorway, which runs along Spain’s Mediterranean Coast. The Sha is a perfect blend of 5 star hotel and medical clinic. A great place to educate yourself on nutrition and how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Brilliant professional staff, excellent programmes and treatments. The food is seriously delicious and even on the Kusie diet you never feel hungry. perfect place to unwind and reset

World classe tres**ents and swrvices, i have never felt so relax in my entire life, everything was perfect, from the accomodation, medical and wellness trea**ents and thebwhole team from manager to trea**wnt providers, restaurant front/ reception and cleaning team - pas une seule fausse note !

The staff at SHA are its true treasure. They were knowledgeable, professional and warm and did their absolute best to accommodate and please their guests. It felt like home. The facilities are spotless and the food was surprisingly good. I was never hungry nor bored. Also we met some lovely guests who will remain friends I hope. 🌷

Total relaxation. Such a good place for spa and some time out from busy lives. Only thing too spoil it was a bit of a Karen complaining about just about everything, in that self important manner that only our very own English baby boomers can achieve. She was very well handled by staff.

Absolutely amazing! The “SHA” way is well above the technology and medical approaches in the US. Early detection of certain conditions I am facing was achieved and methods to prevent/reverse them were given. In the US, these were never detected and I would have to wait for symptoms to occur to find out about these conditions. All of the trea**ents were amazing and advanced. The cooking class inspired me and I have developed a love if cooking/food preparation. I worked with the best personal trainer I have ever had! The accommodations are immaculate and impeccably clean and comfortable. You can customize your mattress and pillow type. I can’t say enough about how amazing I feel and how inspired I am by SHA. SHA has literally made me change my life and I’m sure extend it!

SHA is excellent-great service with fantastic treatments on offer, I spent a week on the weight loss program lost 5 pounds but also learnt so much about my health, diet, foods to eat, other to avoid. The team there are so lovely and service everywhere is top class. Can’t wait to return.

Excellent Staff and Wellness Resort - highly recommended to all. It is an excellent way to recover and learn about the healthy lifestyle that we should be living. Looking forward to continuing in all that i learnt and especially fixing my food habits.

Everything was very good but they need to plan better for weight loss programs because you don't have to add more programs which means paying more money.Room view beautiful, cleanses was at a high level, staffs were so kind, helpful and professional .

SHA is a way of saying I love myself and I care about others. I felt in love with myself again and connected with amazing human beings that work for the wellness depar**ent. Kevin from the restaurant is an excellent resource for the community in SHA. There’s an amazing amount of activities that are curated by their doctors and therapists so that you can get the best out of them based on your health condition and needs. I must admit that at first I was surprised to letting go of technology addiction but then I realized that I was there to connect to myself and my life. Thanks to the incredible staff at SHA, everyone’s been very supportive and helpful in my decision to making new habits and re learning nutrition.
