Hotel E la Ronda

The courtyard is old fashioned and a nice place to talk, have a drink or just be. The rooms are nicely decorated. We enjoyed it much more than our more modern hotel in Havana. The people in the bar/restaurant are friendly and efficient. You feel welcome there. Breakfast was decent and fast. Coffee was excellent.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we had a dinner at the hotel restaurant two nights in a row. Good food and portions for Cuban standards with very competitive price comparing other options aimed at tourists. We had an exceptional treat by Leony and his colleagues. Very professional, welcoming and friendly.

Clean, quiet, good location. Staff very kind and helpful. Lovely colonial setting adjacent to a beautiful plaza, with the town’s main plaza a short walk away. Great coffee but food choices are limited. This may be due to ongoing shortages. Still do recommend this hotel and there are many other restaurants you can try nearby.

Hotel located in the city center. Very nice service. Lovely colonial style hotel. Very well-functioning air conditioning, climatic, very clean. Breakfast served, good. Stylish restaurant. Close to Trinidad's historic attractions. Near the hotel there is a grocery store for dollars and euros.

0 Stars Really rude receptionist - you really don't want to hear you don't have a room after a 5 hour journey - even thogh the rep had spoken to her in the morning and confirmed all ok. Just beacuse her computer showed and error Also asked if we could have air con changed from 16C - very cold and were told no. Eventually we found a maintenance guy who gave us a remote ciontrol no water for most of our stay and when it was on freezing as it's solar heated and not enough time to heat up. Had to use bathroom in hotel next door again reception continously told us water was on when it wasn't dinning room full of flies and i don't understand why the lights on and curtains shut at 9am when this was a room was in the shade.. Some fresh air would have been nice. no lifts or offer to help with luggage

Hotel La Ronda en Trinidad! El mejor lugar que hemos estado en nuestro viaje a Cuba! Excelente servicio,todos muy profesionales el Bar de Delvis increíble! La recepcionista Lilian que nos atendió excelente y muy amable , nos ayudó en toda nuestra estancia con una sonrisa muy amistosa.El restaurante muy acogedor excelente cena así como sus habitaciones muy limpias y bien decoradas con nombres de boleros cubanos, la nuestra fue Lágrimas negras quedamos encantados con ese detalle! Lugar agradable céntrico, tranquilo con mucha calidez y amor.Lo recomendáremos siempre, fue una experiencia inolvidable.

Hôtel qui a répondu complètement à nos attentes Bien situé en centre-ville proche des commerces Hôtel propre accepte également de prendre un repas le soir avec une excellente langouste de Cuba Personnel disponible et très agréable qui cherche à vous rendre service surtout les réceptionnistes Un grand merci au staff

Un hotel molto bello per rilassarsi e vedere la magnifica trinidad. Siamo arrivati con la macchina a noleggio e ci ha accolto molto bene la signora Lilian Maria con un drink al tamarindo. Per il rifornimento della benzina Leonardo Manuel ci ha accompagnato alla stazione di benzina. Grazie a loro e a tutta la quadra ci siamo sentiti coccolati come se fossimo casa. Popolo fantastico e disponibile Cuba por siempre!!!.

La habitación estába muy limpia y la cama bien arreglada me pareció una habitación en general con una excelente higiene.los trabajadores en general muy atentos y preocupados por todos los detalles en especial la recepcionista alta de pelo rubio que fue muy amable en todo momento y muy carismática.les aconsejo visitar el lugar es perfecto para el descanso y excelente gastronomía sin dudas un lugar al cual volvería sin pensar
