Elldus Resort

Great hotel! We stayed as a family of four (2 Adults + Kid 6 months old + Kid 3 years old) for 3 nights. Room is spacious and clean. Everything is made for kids to have fun and for parents to relax and feel comfortable. Food is various and tasty. Special station with Beikost / Babybrei (Porridge and purée for babies) and separate food choice for toddles. Personal is very helpful. Great value for appropriate money. Highly recommend for short and long stays.

Absolutely terrible. Arrogant personal, we spent 50 EU for Spa and they didn't allow us go to Restaurant for 1 drink. They say we have to by buffet menu... Never more here ! Try something better, this is nothing special and very bad... My worst experience to this time.

We traveled with a 5yo and a 2yo. We've tried different kinderhotels and our stay at Elldus was ok compared to others. We did the all-inclusive and stayed in the renovated 2 bedroom, room 40, which was perfect space. Here are our pros and cons list: CONS: - Food is mediocre. For inclusive price, we hoped for better quality. The meat or mains were always dry and overcooked. Think 3 meals a day for multiple days. We drove to nearby restaurants for better quality food. - Not much areas for adults to hangout (afternoons get really crowded in the only space - SpielScheunde) - Small pool area (not much variety) - No elevator in the apartment buildings to we made request to be on 1st or ground floor. - Not sound insulated (you can hear guests in the next flats) - More activities needed PROS: - Daycare for babies and kids for full day. They take them to lunch so the parents can have a full day to themselves. - Breakfast variety is good. Small options for vegetarians and gluten-free - Electric cars charge free for guests - Nice private spa though pricey - Friendly staff! Very helpful and kind - Room 40 was a great apartment, with kitchenette, living room - Washer and dryer free to use - Pony riding Though there were things could improve, our children had a great time and loved it. Not the best kinderhotel but good enough if you want a few days break while kids are in their daycare.

If you are looking for accommodation in old communist apartment buildings on the 4th floor without a lift, a hotel where the staff does not speak English, where 3 days does not go to clean the room, this is a hotel for you :) fitness machines are only accessible "with the assistance of a coach", whonis unavailable 2 days. To the wellness and other parts of the hotel you have to go outside in the cold, the hotel is a complex of unconnected buildings. The only thing that can be appreciated is the quality restaurant Mamazita, which is run by a chaotically Greek manager, but it cooks very well. so if you want sand to a room up to 4 floors, this is the choice for you! Lack of free parking places is another issue.

Wir hatten einen sehr gelungenen Urlaub. Angefangen von der Sauberkeit, über das tolle Kinderangebot, das tolle Essensangebot, den Spa-Bereich und die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Es hat jeder Mitarbeiter gute Laune versprüht und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Danke für alles. Gerne wieder.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, von den Appartements, über das Restaurant bis hin zum Spa Bereich. Besonders toll ist das alles auf die Jungen Gäste ausgerichtet ist, mit Waschbecken, Eltern-Kind WC, Kinderbuffet, Spielboxen für den Restaurant Bereich, abstellmöglichkeiten für Buggys uvm. Die Spielscheune bietet Spaß für viel Altersgruppen und auch die Eltern haben im Cafe die Möglichkeit auf Ihre Kosten zu kommen. Cool war auch die Tubingen Bahn, die konnte unsere 6 jährige alleine bewältigen und wir konnten entspannt zuschauen oder selber fahren. Die Wege auf dem Gelände sind sehr kurz, das ist super angenehm! Für alleinreisende (ohne Kinder) gibt es ebenfalls Bereiche im Spa sowie im Restaurant die nur für Erwachsene sind. Auch Eltern können diese nutzen und Kinder in die Betreuung geben für sie Zeit. Mega gut. Der Schwimmbereich hat einen super Bergblick, man könnte dort den ganzen Tag verbringen. Angenehm beheizte Becken. Und der kleinkindbereich hat sogar eine Familiensauna sowie einen anliegenden Wickel/Waschraum. Das macht es sehr entspannt (nicht so viele Wege). Was ich verbesserungsfähig finde ist die Info Menge beim Check in. Hätte mir hier noch etwas mehr input gewünscht bzgl des Wochenangebots, bzw den Hinweis wo ich dieses finde. Auch wann und wo man Wäsche waschen kann oder das man auch Bademäntel zusätzlich bekommen kann wäre hilfreich gewesen. Das hat sich nach jnd nach Ergben, aber bei nur 4 Nächten Aufenthalt etwas zu spät. Das ist lediglich ein Wunsch von uns. Alles in einem ist das Angebot für Familien sehr gut und Abwechslungsreich (Ponyreiten, Ponyclun Angebote, Streichelzoo, Stockbrot am Lagerfeuer, Fackelwanderung uvm). Wir hatten auch Massagen gebucht und waren total happy mit unseren Anwendungen. Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt und das Ambiente ist sehr einladend und besonders. Wir können es empfehlen!

Wir sind bereits zum 4. mal als Familie im Elldus Resort! Wir haben 3 Kinder (9, 6 & 2 Jahre), alle fühlen sich wohl! Es gibt genügend Aktivitäten Indoor&Outdoor für die Familie! Wir schätzen die Sauberkeit im Resort, die vielen kleinen Details, alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und motiviert! Hier werden Kinder groß geschrieben, das macht den Urlaub wundervoll einfach :) Wir danken allen von Herzen

Ein sehr schönes Familienhotel. Es hat seinen Preis, aber als Familie ist es das wert. An alles wird gedacht, man braucht nichts weiter mitnehmen. Vom Töpfchen bis zum Latz ist alles da. Man braucht auch nichts weiter unternehmen, weil genug zum Erleben da ist. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter hat man genug für die Kleinen, dass keine Langeweile aufkommt. Zudem waren wir sehr erstaunt über die Sauberkeit. Der Fichtelberg ist fußläufig ca. 15min entfernt. Wir hoffen in der Zukunft wieder zu Besuch zu kommen.
