Jiqing Hotel (Kunming Green Lake)

Peaceful, convenient for transport, can get lots of local food items, famous Cuihu Lake is at the walking distance . Morning walk beside the Cuihu lake is very refreshing and feels healthy. Metro station is at the walking distance. Yuantong Temple and Kunming zoo also very near. Yunnan University is also very near from the hotel. Reception desk is very cooperative with the guest. Everything is excellent in this hotel.✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️

房間很小，設施陳舊，大床房都臨街，早餐就是酒店隔壁的一碗牛肉米線或者街對面的豆花米線。四樓的房間有股奇怪的氣味，説不上來是什麼味。

地段什麼的還行，房間也還可以，早餐是跟旁邊兩家店合作的住了兩晚兩家都吃了都還不錯，但是衞生感覺不咋地

入住的房間，頭回看到這樣的，電視歪的，燈具壞的，洗衣房也不太能用，設施有問題，還衞生不太好！

設施：都還齊全。 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：地理位置優越，屬市中心；離翠湖公園步行十分鐘內；離小吃一條街（昆明老街）步行15分鐘內。周圍餐飲很多，斜對面老字號糕點店吉慶祥，糕點多多。 服務：熱情周到，非常好。 不足：早餐單一了，飲料單一了，沒咖啡。

One odd thing about this hotel is that it is not named Jiqing Hotel, but instead it is named EverLuck Hotel. As a result I passed by it two - three times before realizing that this was my place to stay. Secondly, the area itself may be not pretty or elegant as it is on a small busy street full of little shops and late night barbecues surrounded by old local neighborhood buildings, but the location is excellent as it is right in the middle of all the major downtown Kunming areas to visit. As such this is why I chose it despite its 2 star status. The lower score rating is because the cleaning is not so good (the floor was dusty when I checked in) and the amenities are rather subpar, such as thin toilet paper and a need to scan a QR code to access the wifi. However the staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, it was freshened up daily, and it suited my needs.

Large comfortable room, very clean, great shower, nicely designed & decorated. Car parking further down the road which was slightly inconvenient hence the four smiles for 'amenities'. Excellent breakfast - receptionist gives you a ticket allowing choice between two local restaurants, we ate delicious vegetarian noodles just across the street in a small place decorated with old posters. What a great way for the hotel to support local businesses! Location near the lake was perfect for us and we hired bicycles to get around, and had a superb lunch at the famous 'Classic 1912' restaurant near the lake. Recommended.

Overall very positive experience, convenient location, cozy rooms, clean place and the stuff is friendly.

Loved it, price is good for the service you get. The location is great in Kunming, plenty of restaurants on the street, would recommend it to any business travelerr
