It's an excellent place. Clean rooms, with all u need. The rooms are better then the images forsure. Huge terrace with plantation, makes ur stay more beautiful. Staff was the most cooperative and decent. Food was good too. What else do you need for a happy stay. Was a lovely experience for me. The view, terrace with fog, lods of greenary, lovely food. Just perfect place for me and my family.

The level of service provided by the staff was nothing short of outstanding. The housekeeping team displayed a remarkable dedication to their duties, and the reception and management staff were not only efficient but also exceptionally courteous. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was equally delightful. The cuisine served was delectable, and the service was executed with great professionalism. The hotel's location is exceptionally advantageous, nestled amidst the picturesque hills.

Great experience and enjoyable time at this beautiful place, we went recently for an family get away..from checkin to checkout entire experience was awesome, the entire staff from wallet parking to room services and cafeteria are courteous and greet you sweetly and ensure you are been taken care off. Food was amazing and wide range of options available and breakfast was wholesome with amazing spread..services is worth what you are paying for.. had fun zone to keep kids busy while parents can have some quiet time..

We booked a 3 night stay at silver hills resort and it’s the best choice we’ve made. The rooms are lovely and the property exudes peace and allows you to relax and unwind - which is exactly what we came for. The Hotel is well designed and has delightful little design details to keep you smiling as you explore the property. The service is great and really personalised that sets this hotel apart from others in its category. They remembered my husband’s preferences in food choices - mentioned only once in a casual manner, but the staff remembered and ensured to always present meals according to his preference. The staff overall are attentive and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Well done silver hills We will be back for sure. 👍

My wife and me were there for 03 nights (Tue - Fri), and had a "peaceful" break. Even though it's entrance is off the main road, once you enter the property, you are in a different world! Very courteous staff, very well kept rooms and property with lots of greenery. The rooms were immaculate, clean and up to the highest levels which really helps if you are finicky about hygiene standards, resort is very close to all the tourist spots, it's perfect choice to stay with family and friends.

The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a delightful aroma wafting from the kitchen. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and their attentiveness throughout the meal was impeccable. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The ingredients were fresh, and you could taste the care and skill that went into every bite. From the appetizers to the desserts, every course was a culinary adventure very thankful to entire staff for this treat.

Resort silver hills Lonavala has very good facilities and is compact resort for weddings, family functions and corporate events. It gave us feel of togetherness. We have celebrated our 25th marriage anniversary with guest travelling mainly from Mumbai and Pune. Rooms were spacious and clean with very good vibes. Very good food and breakfast spread. Members with Jain food requirements also appreciated a lot. Staff were very courteous and supportive. Well decorated and beautifully planned layout.

I would also like to mention a unique experience where I had ordered Greek salad, on Tuesday night. I had left the onion pieces but ate the rest. The next night I again ordered the same dish, and was surprised to see that there was no onion in it! So, hats off to the staff for there observation and taking the effort to make the dish considering their observation, they provide gym and swimming pool too awesome service would come again if get a chance.

It was wonderful experience. Super for family vacations. You can enjoy all rides with kids and family. If you are adventure lover then it's a best place for you. Rooms are very clean, spacious, and beautiful interiors.staff is very polite and helpful.
