Good stay. Location and property are both great. Staff service is good and polite. Food and breakfast is average.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly.

Average services and average property - does not deserve more than 2. 5k per day. They do not provide bathroom slippers. I was literally shocked to hear this.

The floor was dirty when we reached. Called 3 times to house keeping and then 1 guy showed up. Tea bags, water, sugar all accessories were not filled up the next morning, i had to call 3 - 4 times. The washroom stings a lot at night. The bed, all the furniture was dirty, full of dirt. Otherwise the location was awesome.

Service was poor. Had poor facility for bathing hot water. Response from staff wasn't satisfactory and had to wait for an hour and a half for hot water facility to be functional.

We have found this property through makemytrip. Property location was good property was also good. But in the room bad smell was coming to much we have also complaint 2 times but there was no proper solution.
