Hi, it’s a very clean property with friendly staff. Room service and food was great. Especially I like the shower. Bcoz water poured like a water fall. Also the car park was good…

The property is good and maintained well. It is excellent place for family stay. It is located just 3 kilometers away from center of the city. I had a good stay and will prefer staying next time if i visit to kumbakonam.

Very much happy with the stay, rooms and toilets were clean, complimentary breakfast was awesome, nice and disciplined staff. Will repeat my stay at this property.

Though little away from kumbakonam city, best place to stay at affordable cost. Very neat, clean and good ambience. We can do a relaxed stay. Complementary breakfast was very nice and fulfilling. If you are looking for relaxed stay and visit navagraha tour this is best place to stay

After seeing the feedback, we have booked this room through make my trip. Rooms was very neat and clean, food was also good, all staff was very friendly, i would recommend ras residency to everyone. I would like to give 5 star rating
