Very nice property on back waters…resort has water body in centre which is good to look at
Good quality is good and service was good
Rooms are good size but need renovation now as don’t seem like 5 star standard

One of the most beautiful places with great hospitality and service. We felt inclusive and welcomed. The property is beautiful, food taste amazing and hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Close to Nature with having forest reservation on one side and bird sanctuary on the other. With a beautiful lagoon in the center of the resort which is a home for different types or fishes, frogs, turtles...my son loved feeding them and connecting with nature

The Baker's Bungalow now known as Taj Kumarakom Resort and Spa Kerala is a huge magnificent and beautiful property on the banks of Vembanad Lake - the longest lake in India as well as the largest in the state of Kerala at the heart of Kerala Backwaters tourism and surrounded by greenery. Starting from the Check-in to Check-out, it has been a wonderful experience. The diya lighting ceremony in the evening to the classical dance from 8:00 - 8:30 PM IST is worth experiencing. The food is equally charming so are the staff at the property - hospitable and courteous. In addition, the hotel assisted in arranging a Shikara ride in the backwaters of Kerala which is commendable. The property has a traditional Kerala touch that is interesting, intriguing as well as fascinating. The only regret we have is not staying a day more. Having said that, this is definitely one of those recommended properties that one ought to visit especially if in Kumarakom, Kerala.

We were very well welcomed at the property. It is an amazing place, every where you see is like a postcard capturing view. Hotel has great food, great activities and amazing staff. Thank you Mayank (GM) for running an awesome unit. Place is a master class for Housekeeping staff and they do an amazing job of up keeping it.

A really exquisite Taj property! No boring buildings here, just villas! There is also a really nice Lagoon in the middle of the property. All the people including Preethi, Noyal, Vipin and Manoj went out of their way to make sure all our needs are addressed. I would highly recommend this to anyone who lives in a city and is looking for an escape!

A very relaxing holiday at Taj Kumarakom. The resort premises are well maintained with the natural green landscaping and water features. Hospitality is top-notch with delightful breakfast. Really enjoyed the Malabari Chicken biryani!

Great location wherein the luxurious villas are located in the midst of lush greenery, lotus ponds, butterfly garden, backwater, lagoon, canals and a large lake, all adjacent to a bird sanctuary with a variety of birds including migratory species. Food and hospitality is always great in Taj. Priya was exceptional and assisted us in framing tours in the vicinity of the resort including a dream journey in a house boat in the beautiful Vembanad lake...

Had a great time celebrating our daughter’s birthday at Taj Kumarakom. Though we’re not sure going there initially, Priya at Taj reassured and made us book the place. She made sure we had a great time including organising our daughter’s birthday.
