Exceptional place with a warm and welcoming staff. Our family stayed here for a week .The quality of the rooms, reception, restaurant and other common areas is next to none. There isn’t a single complaint or dissatisfaction I can genuinely think of. I also must highlight the level of service by the staff . We were very well taken care of by everyone and especially Mr akash and Mr Sonu were brilliant. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone to get away for a few days or even longer. You will love it like we all did!

It was excellent stay ,all the staffs were very good and co- operative especially the staff who served us food was excellent ,nothing improvement needed just the quality of food needs to be improved , the view of the hotel was excellent , we stayed with our friends for 4 days ,i will recommend my other friends as well to stay here and enjoy the beauty of this lovely property

The property is very beautiful and is located closer to Solang and enroute to Rohtang . Very peaceful place amidst the Apple orchards and surrounded by hills all around . Very picturesque . Great service by front office team comprising Poonam , Ritika and Ritik . On the dining side Sonu / Sandeep provided outstanding service during our 6 days stay . Great place to unwind and relax

What an absolute Gem! Visited this extraordinary property during the last week of May. Spectacular views, beautiful rooms. Amazing service. A big shoutout to Sonu our server that made this incredible property live up to its magnificence by providing service that can only be described as exemplary. Took care of every minute detail to provide us with the most pleasurable experience. Overall staff was just amazing. Will be here again and have already told multiple friends about this Gem. The secret is out. Love you ITC Hamsa and a big Thank you Sonu!!!

Nestled in a scenic setting it was a luxurious stay for us .Food was delicious and taken care of.Spl thanks to Mr.Manoj and his team Breathtaking view from our room .The birthday cake as a gift was gesture worth appreciating.Those who seek solitude away from the maddening crowd of Manali must stay

A very beautiful property in an amazing location surrounded with breathtaking views. It is very well maintained with picture perfect landscapes.Rooms are spacious and a blend of modern and vintage vibes. Highlight of the property is its staff and the food. Staff here is very helpful and courteous.Special mention for Mr.Sonu for his excellent service to make our dining experience the best. Highly recommend to stay here .

I had a very excellent experience. Specially dinning. The waiter sonu tamta was very helpful and gave us very good service. Food was very good n delicious. We ordered nonveg plus veg and dessert was very good. I would recommend everyone to come and visit here.
