Swiss-Garden Beach Resort, Kuantan

Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their exceptional hospitality and services, especially Mr. Nafri (the manager) who decided to change the booked family room to two deluxe rooms (located on the ground floor and facing a pool) that suited my disabled father and Ms. Hashila (the receptionist) who obtained the manager's approval. She was very attentive and helpful. The bellboy greeted us with a kind smile (I didn't get his name on the first day we arrived) and helped to collect our belongings. We knew from the first welcome greetings that we were in for a wonderful stay for our 2-night trip. Ms. Lily Azida, a lobby ambassador, was very friendly and helpful. She arranged a wheelchair for my father. She greeted us and asked how our day was every time she met us. Ms. Shima of Swiss Care Line was so kind and polite that she assisted us in any way she could. During our check-out time, bellboy En Kamal helped to collect our belongings and send them to our cars. He was very polite and friendly. Most of the employees we encountered were friendly and cheerful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a good sleep. The swimming pool is quite big; there are 3 pools, including one for children with an adventure slide. Children will love it as much as my niece. One pool is a jacuzzi, which was very relaxing after swimming. The large pool is for adults. Its depth is about 1.6 meters. Even with a large crowd, there was enough room to swim. The beach is so beautiful. I like the beach so much. There are so many activities that one can do besides swimming on a beach, such as ATV, archery, blow pipe, beach soccer, volleyball, the gym, sauna, and many more. On this trip, we didn’t opt for breakfast in the hotel as we were attending an event in town. There are plenty of parking lots as well. We had a great time at Swiss Garden Beach Resorts. We were at ease and felt like we were at home. We will come here again if we go to Kuantan, and we will surely recommend it to others.

Very friendly staff - at lobby, reception, at restaurants. Very good view from hotel room. Was given high floor rooms, seaview and rooms next door to each other, as requested during booking.My children love the pool so much..Tq Trip.Com..i got much cheaper rate from others..like..like..likeeeeee

Pengalaman berada disana disambut oleh kakitangan yg ramah dengan keindahan yg tenang dan sejuk memandangkan hujan berterusan, kemudahan dan makanan yang enak dan pada hari ke2 memandangkan 2malam disitu barulah kami dapat menghirup udara laut dan bersiar di laut.

Hotel selesa, terbaik cuma hotel ni jenis yang dah agak lama barang2 kat sana suma old school sikit .. tapi tidur mmg selesa sbb bantal dan tilam empok gila

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights.It was great from the moment we checked in to checked out.Smooth checked in,we even get our room earlier before the checkin time.The room was clean,spacious with all the amenities provided.Little fridge in the room so you can chill your drinks.Buffet breakfast was yummy,the choices of western and asian food,juices,coffee machine and tea and I enjoyed myself eating the tenggiri curry,ayam masak merah and chicken curry.There are restaurants at the hotel itself if you wanna have lunch,dinner.It is perfect stay for those who have kids as the hotel has a nice kid's pool with 2 slides and water splash and not forgotten the kid's playroom(must wear socks yea)My daughter really enjoy herself during our stay.The hotel location is just 10km drive to Telok Cempedak.For night entertainment,you can walk 100m along the beach to Sand Cafe and Puteh Beach Bar.Hospitality was good,every staff has smile on their face and great you..I have nothing to complain but thumbs up👍.I will come back and stay here again in the future..

Nice beach resort. Great facilities for adults and kids alike. Children pool with water sprays and 2 slides. Decent pool size for adults to do laps. Near a nice open beach with strong waves and endless sea front. Best part, comes with a nice kids room where your little ones can hangout. For toddlers to teenagers and beside e gym where u can workout in peace with kids just next door. Only thing is buffet breakfast is average and not exciting. Can drive to east coast mall about 20 mins away for your meals. Also 15 mins away from the nicest starbucks along east coast if malaysia.

This is my first time staying here with my family. The room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool for kids was very fun with the slides and water splash. We also got to go to the beach. Breakfast was good as well, had variety of food and all were delicious. we just found out there was a kids club on the last day , and we need to wear sock to enter the indoor games area. Overall, my family n I enjoyed staying here for 3d2n.
