講真，體驗感真的很差。首先，沒有前台為住客辦理入住，辦理入住是通過一個其他的軟件發訊息給我的，還要求要把證件照片發給他，個人感覺這樣的做法對我來説非常的不安全。畢竟證件照不能讓人隨意保留吧？一開始是用的馬來文，我看不懂馬來文才換成了中文。給到我的房間也跟我訂的房間是不符合的。訂的是兩張床的房間，給到我的是一張床的，並且房間裏的配備非常的不齊全。窗簾也拉不攏。比起隔壁的Swiss Bel酒店來説那差的不是一丁半點的。總之體驗感非常差。不過沒關係，畢竟住過一次以後就不會再去了。
