Ceylonz Suites KLCC by Mana-Mana

When we got in, the room was untidy. We were with 2 but they provided 1 clean towel and the other towel was on the floor. The airconditioning was leaking and the toilet was not cleaned properly as well. We called the receptionist to bring new towels and asked if they could reclean the toilet. Thanks to the guy who did it! View from the room was really nice though.

Заселение в 15:00, выселение в 11. У нас был номер на 12 этаже. Супер чисто и просторно. Удобные кровати, белое белье. Есть небольшая кухня: микроволновая печь, комфорка, сковородки, кастрюли, кружки, столовые приборы. Но нет тарелок. В нашем номере не работали розетки у чайника. Вид из окна классный, видно и башню Menara и одну из Петронас. На подоконниках подушки - можно удобно расположиться и смотреть в окно. Бассейн находится на 37 этаже. Вид потрясающий. Пройти в бассейн можно с утра и до полуночи. В дождь бассейн не работает. У бассейна можно взять полотенца. Есть лежаки и бар. Людей немного. Есть услуги прачечной - минимальный заказ 3 кг. Лифты скоростные, но иногда приходится ждать долго. Слышимость сильная. Знаешь просто все что делает сосед. Это единственный недостаток. Но в целом это супер вариант за небольшую стоимость.

We had a bad experience here due to unforeseen circumstances which I’m very sure nobody wants this to happen. Suddenly the lift stopped and cannot open the door. We pressed the alarm for so long. After 20mins, someone responded that they was aware that we was stucked inside. We was asking for help but then the guy told us that he can’t do anything but have to wait for technician for 10mins. But after 10mins, the technician did not arrive and just arrive for almost 1hour. When the door lift, they did not say anything and just pretended that nothing happened. But I hope the management can look into it.

Good location,nice swimming pool

Great place to stay close to the city center for expats and travelers. The view from the top is stunning, especially from the pool. My room (neon b 33-17) on the 33rd floor was facing north-west with view on the park in front (see pictures) and was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a mini Mart on the ground floor and a good gym on the roof next to the pool. Nice Cafés in 10min walking range, about 20 min to the PETRONAS towers by foot. Overall good value for money.

Nice hotel to stay very clean and all facilities available in cheap price

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. Located in the heart of kuala lumpur, so you can see the clear sight of KL tower and KLCC surrounded with all the tall buildings. The Hotel also provide secured private parking. The room is quite big makes movement within the room very comfortable. It was convenient & well equipped with wifi, water boiler, microwave, heater, iron, portable cooker & filtered water. My stay was very enjoyable. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. Had to return for work!
