Sangat2 teruk😡.Saya pergi kaunter nk check in tiba2 dia cakap bilik penuh pastu dia pass kitorang pergi ke hotel lain.kiranya hotel tu ada connect dgn hotel yg lain.pastu dh ambik kunci dan kitaorg masuk la bilik.Masuk2 je bilik, bilik tu mcm belum dkemas dan mcm org baru lepas checkout dgn selimut yg x terlipat. end up aku dgn aku prgi hotel lain. but kitorang mmg tak expect lebih pun sbb harga murah tapi tak sangka dapat sangat² teruk mcm ni. bilik air gelap. receiptionist tak mesra langsung. lif rosak , hallway nak ke bilik takde lampu , totally gelap. sangat tak recommend

My lady friend enter the room and the aircon was full of dust and all the dust flew out to messed up the bed.. aircon water leakage and wet the mattress..
The most terrible was someone kept knocking her room door at 2AM !! The man was making big noise and tried to open her door... No phone to call to the counter and scared her and unsleep for the whole night.
She moved out by the next day even we paid for 2 nights.
The counter staff promised to check the CCTV and call me back but nothing come back.
I think this is the worst and irresponsible hotel. I can't imagine what would happen if the guy went in the room with only one 22 years old girl inside the room.
