not regret to stay here because its so amazing place with beautiful places to be ootd and a lots of nice view with amazing decoration keep it up 👏🏼👏🏼

Good for a short stay… calm and peace with gardens swimming pools to selfies and photographs with family…

Bad experience staying with this accommodation! U can hardly find their office as there is not much direction. Room is massively dirty and everything just run out so badly! The management never maintain their accommodation. All the light was broken! First we checked in to the first room and we found the room was very dirty so I quickly get my phone to snap a few pics to give review on this so that they will improved in this! Toilet bowl have Poop stain! Basin never wash! We called the front desk to come to our unit to have a look and he directly bring another room card and ask us to change to another cleaner room as he said he checked the room before he came to us,after we proceeded to the so call new room, I found leftover KFC food in one of the kitchen cabinet! This is ridiculously under-maintain ZETTER!

no proper information on check in process. have to find out and it take about 40 minutes to find out. called provide number more than 20 times no one answering / assist. have 3 different management for the residences. parking also not organise in proper at b2. have 2 row parking lot but no exit/ out for inside car to move in/ out. its totally not organize place to go. receptionist also not helpful ask for late check out due to late check in can't help. Trust me its not worth it wasting your time. there are a lot place better than this. recemond arte ampang it's worth and better than this funny place & people. this place similar to arte penang usm. maybe same management / owner

Well, i heard this place is amazing especially on the interior and exterior decor . No doubt, the place is amazing . However, the cleaniness of the unit i stayed is very very poor. The day i checked in, the floor was sticky , the kitchen top was oily, the fridge quite dirty, only have one floor mate. The bedsheet and comforter looks like not a new bedsheet as it has lots of wrinkles and smelly 😖. I have to ask the recep to call cleaner to mop back the floor. The cleaner did come and he just come with one sweeper and no mop cleaner/liquid. He used the sinki inside the toilet to rinse the sweeper and just using water to clean back the floor. I was so not happy as the floor still feel sticky. The sofa as well smelly and dirty. I really hope the agent can find a better cleaner to maintain the house, otherwise the unit are amazing.

Im staying with my family and my kids love it since she can have her own bed. All the interior design of the room and walkway is beautiful. Easy access to bilabila mart and amazing KL city view. Rooms are clean and guest has their own parking lot. However, it would be much better to have grill gate for safety and security. Sadly we did not manage to try the swimming pool and taking pictures of the artwork at the garden since its raining and roofless. Worth to stay and we would like to stay some other time.

Location _ convenient. Service _ poor standard , no cleaning ( housekeeping ), no towel change.
