When there for birthday celebration and noted as request but hotel did nothing. The room was small and dusty, some items can be seen exhausted especially the metal elements in the toilet. The best part of the hotel is the amenities which is Aesop bath and shampoo which was a great addition. Location is very confusing for grab drivers and is difficult to walk as the roads are busy and at night does not feel safe to go out alone as the back alleys are dark. All in all, staff were kind and always help. Tried the restaurant on level 2 for lunch and it was great! The food had Reasonable price 🎂

Mine is City Room, just nice for 2 people or maybe 3 if you're with friends. The location can be confusing to others that stay outside KL but I manage to find it. Causing from the construction on the surroundings, during the day it could annoy you a bit. But, it is still bearable to me. The pool is just nice not so big nor small. Overall the ID is very aesthetically pleasing. Maybe i'll try the Monroe next time as I couldn't squeeze my time to walk around the hotel. Friendly staff very attentive and great. The hotel really smells nice.

We had a wonderful stay here at Kloe hotel. Very well designed and details were thoughtfully applied. Love the Aesop amenities, and a basket of local snacks that reminds us our childhood as a Malaysian.
Location is convenient too, about 8-min walk to prime shopping area like Pavillion and Starhill.
The only complain I had was the TV wasn’t able to play our USB pendrive. We had to stuck with their limited boring channels. But you can mirror your YouTube or Netflix (Thank God). And water was extremely hot even though we only turn on the cold water.

Highly recommend to book with breakfast, you can actually still get it after morning as they serve it from 7am - 5pm. Glad I choose the here as my stay!

truly love the aesthetic of the hotel and the room, especially the amenities. +1 for the bidet but wished there were hooks in the toilet as I had no place to hang my dirty clothes/towels whilst showering. the service during check-in and check-out can be improved where possible. location-wise, it is about 10 mins walk away from TRX and 15 mins from Pavilion - if those are the places you’d like to check out. else, Grab is easily available - thou be warned, the drivers might miss the entrance as it is really a mini driveway.

The design of the hotel exudes coziness from the lobby to the room. Location is walking distance to Pavillion KL where there's lots of action. Food at monroe is great. The cafe in the lobby also serves good espresso drinks. Affordable rates.
