Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree

The things my friend and I loved: in order of preference 1. The level of thoughtfulness exhibited by the staff: their service is not in the face but low-key and results are seen and felt. E.g. Luggage is brought up to the room when I returned to the lobby after check-in time 2. Spaciousness and serenity of the room: great insulation for a peaceful stay and good sleep. You will love the carpet flooring in the entire room. Others have opted for laminates. 3. Together with point 2 above, this is about the fabulous breakfast spread. Some items are not found in other 5 star hotels. There are slight changes for the 2 mornings there and both days offer highlights. The only disappointing thing was that on Sun morning, the plain porridge was largely made up of water. The same thing served on Sat morning was literally fit for the King, a whole world of difference with many grains... Thick porridge for the King was there on Sat morning. 4. Location is highly convenient for more food and shopping in the mall. 5. Complimentary parking, love it! 6. Toiletries and towels are really of a certain class. Overall, the place oozes luxury and made us feel blessed and at peace. Staying at Pavilion Hotel was the best treat I could give myself. Will be back many times over! Greeted by friendly doorman and direct us to level 8 hotel reception for check-in. Breakfast spread is decent but abit crowded every morning. Room is clean and bed is comfortable but the aircon seems too cold and suddenly abit warm in the middle of the night. Overall stay is very nice and well rested. The only issue is didn’t managed to have my late check out. When I placed booking, it stated Trip Diamond member tier can enjoy late check out. When I approached the reception lady (wasn’t friendly) she said it has nothing to do with their hotel. Felt cheated and disappointed. Because my flight is late night and I have to loiter for half a day.

吉隆坡的黃金地帶。阿羅街就在這個區域，距離雙子塔、吉隆坡塔、獨立廣場都走路可及，既有單軌又有地鐵，交通極為方便。柏威年（Pavilion）商場、樂天百貨、金河廣場、劉蝶廣場、時代廣場等多個大型商場林立，購物方便，吃飯方便。柏威年酒店位於武吉免登的邊緣，方便而不喧鬧；就在Pavilion商場的上面，可以從二樓直達商場，並可穿過商場到達地鐵站、天空步道，免受日曬雨淋；酒店挺乾淨，大床很舒服，每天給4大玻璃瓶純凈水，服務人員非常有禮貌，自助餐味道不錯。頂樓也有無邊泳池，不過看不到夜晚璀璨的雙子塔有點可惜。關鍵是價格不貴。下次如果再去吉隆坡，我們還準備選擇它

位置很好，柏威年廣場好多名店，連接幾個商場，有好味的肉骨茶，不過職員會下午進入房間有點奇怪，泳池很漂亮

這個酒店地理位置極佳 就在柏威年購物中心樓上 總是要來這邊購物的 買了東西直接送到房間 在下樓吃東西 非常方便

Nice hotel which is directly linked to Pavilion Mall. The room is very spacious and clean. We got a corner room where side and front view of the city can be seen. The bed is very comfortable and there’s an option to choose the type of pillows of your preference. The bathroom is huge and come with a bathtub. They provide bath foam and salt too. The spread for the breakfast is wide and food is good. The staffs are friendly, approachable and helpful. We would like to thank the hotel and staff for decorating the room specially for our wedding anniversary and a cake to celebrate the occasion. Thanks again for making our stay a memorable one.

Nice location for who like to shop, easy access to the mall n lots of restaurants to choose, breakfast was marvelous, worth paying n recommended 👍

We loved the corner room! Everything was great during our 5 night stay. Breakfast had good variety.

Always in my list when I travel to KL. Great location and FREE PARKING (as I know some hotel around not included parking which maybe cost RM50 per day or more than that
