On arrival we had to phone the number on the door to gain entry, we were given a whatsapp message with the door code and the code for our key, it is kept on a key locker in the hallway. We had booked penthouse with bath, it sounded a bit more fancier than it was, it was basically the top floor and had a bath with a shower attachment. The room was clean and modern, it had a safe, fridge and a kettle. A tv but obviously only polish channels. The wifi wasn't great, 5G worked better. The room wasn't cleaned in the 6 days we were staying, the beds not changed, this is an extra charge if you wish. I was disappointed with this, had I of known this I would not have booked. This hotel also doesn't have a reception, its all done by phone call. I had to phone on a few occasions and the phone was always answered after a few rings. If you keep your windows open at night you will hear lots of sirens, I was woken up a few times with the sirens going up and down the road. You can keep your luggage free of charge at the hotel if you have a late flight, just phone the reception and they will give you the code, the locker is opposite the lift on the bottom floor. Overall an ok stay but without the room being cleaned and no physical reception I won't be staying here again.
