It was the best choice for our guests. Hotel is very clean, the hotel staff is very friendly, nice and professional. Also breakfats are delicious. Apar**ents are fully equipped. Location close to the old town but very quiet and friendly.

My welcome was amazing the first day; the receptionist was very keen to wngage and talk about the hotel and it's history and about Krakow so I had really nice customer oriented experience at the first impression. Thisbwoukd be good to maintain and have it consistent that people who face the clients try to be warm and engaging. It really keeps the appreciation going.

We went as a group of 8 friends. The hotel was perfectly located on a very quiet street, and came at a very reasonable price. All of us would gladly stay again when we come back.
