La réalité n'est pas du tout en rapport avec les photos du site. Nous avons eu une chambre sale et un matelas crasseux, plus exactement un monticule de trois matelas, pareil pour les draps. Après trois échanges avec le personnel ils ont changé le matelas qui était très dur et pas confortable, nous avons changé d'hôtel ( photos à l'appui si besoin) Équipement de la chambre non conforme au descriptif , pas de coffre, pas de prise, chaise cassée et sale. Bungalow en tôles défraîchi, il fut certainement très beau dans un temps lointain. Cinq fois en Thaïlande pire chambre rencontrée.

Diese Unterkunft sollte so schnell wie möglich geschlossen werden, so dass kein Urlauber mehr enttäuscht wird. Alles ist verdreckt und verkeimt. Frühstück ist nicht möglich, da die Insekten das Frühstück beschlagnahmen. Reinste Abzocke diese Unterkunft. Unbedingt vermeiden.

Super hôtel atypique, impression d'être dans la jungle, reposant. Le point noir, c'est qu'il travaille avec une compagnie de location de scooter qui m'ont fait payer un jour de plus alors que je ne l'avais pas utilisé. J'ai du payer pour récupérer la caution versée, dommage, le séjour se passait sans problème.

J’ai adoré l’environnement, dans la nature et face aux falaises. La piscine est aussi très belle. Des navettes 4/jours sont proposés par l’hôtel pour aller à la plage. Les bungalows sont simples mais suffisant. Pour les moins, le ménage à la va vite dans les chambres et le bruit si on se trouve à côté de bœufs 😅

We booked a family holiday. The children were given a double bed. We asked for two single beds. They refused. The two rooms should have been next to eachother. They had my boys in a room behind us. The power in the boys room did not exist. They could not power the phones/ipads. The internet was working for 30 mins in the 4 days we stayed. We booked 19 days. We asked for a refund, they asked us to call wotif. We were refused a refund. The children were given one sheet. My other son had to use a towel to sleep. The first reason for not refunding our payment for 19 days was due to us not paying the breakfast bill and returning the key. We did so the next day. Then the refusal for refunding our remaining days not stayed in the hotel was due to the hotel regulations. Wotif has stated they can not do anything without the hotels permission. I spoke to 5 different couples, they all could not access internet. One couple had a child with ADHD and this was not ideal. Her husband was working on holiday. He could not access internet for work. 40 occassions I went to ask for help to get internet. They said it was all fixed, I would head to my room, and it was not working. They lied each time, that it was fixed.

Mai was so very helpful and friendly. The landscape offers a variety of vegetation that made it beautiful. The location against the cliffs gave it a remote feel while being only 12-15 minutes walking distance from dining options and 7/11. Breakfast was on point with several standard and local fare options on the buffet. The driver service to the beach is included and was timely, safe and convenient. A/C also worked great. Some elements could use updating but overall we were pleased. Good value for the unique experience.

Mey at front desk is very supportive ng give you genuine advise. She is so polite and understanding. Understood the situation and acted accordingly not like other receptionist who were money minded...

Notre séjour ici fut court, seulement 1 nuit, mais les draps étaient tres sales, avec des taches et encore du sable dedans… le matelas est très dur et ultra sale.. Cependant, le cadre est tres joli, le personnel sympathique, et la piscine tres belle, comme posée au milieu de la jungle ! De plus, pensez bien au fait qu’il est impossible de cet hôtel de se rendre aux endroits bougeants de la ville (plage, marchés, boutiques etc.) à pied, il faut impérativement louer un scooter ou prendre un taxi/grab !

บังกะโลพร้อมพัดลมก็โอเค ฉันต้องนอนใน pmbag ของฉันเพราะไม่มีผ้าห่มบนเตียง ห้องก็ชื้นเช่นกัน ห้องพักโอเคสำหรับ 2-3 คืน เพราะราคาถูก

ห้องสะอาด คุ้มค่าราคา พนักงานน่ารัก บรรยากาศรอบๆห้องพักดีมากๆเลยค่ะ

โรงแรมอยู่ไกลจากใจกลางเมือง แต่ก็เป็นสิ่งที่เราคาดหวัง พวกเขามีรถบัสฟรีจากโรงแรมไปยังใจกลางเมืองและในทางกลับกันซึ่งดีมาก มอเตอร์ไซค์ให้เช่าที่โรงแรมก็ราคาดีมากเช่นกัน ห้องที่ถูกที่สุดไม่ใช่ห้องที่ดีที่สุดแต่ก็ไม่เลวเลยที่จะใช้เวลาสองสามคืน ทำเลที่ตั้งน่าทึ่ง ดูเหมือนคุณอยู่กลางป่า

Location and property are great, staff very helpfull, breakfast very poor.
