รีวิว Crowne Plaza - Dubai Jumeirah, an IHG Hotel

I am NOT recommend anyone to stay this hotel. No matter you are coming for biz travel or family holiday. It is a good hotel BUT in a wrong location. Iti s located in old Dubai and local people living area. here is the reason: 1. Hotel Area: the hotel is located in a local people living area and I do not feeling comfortable when the hotel so close to the local living home 2. Food: there are no restaurant around the hotel 3. Shopping: there no shopping mall around the hotel. 4. Park: no park around and no place to walk around the hotel. My local biz partner surprise how / why I booked this hotel in Dubai.

It’s a nice hotel to stay. The hotel is very clean and discreet and all administration are very kind and cooperative.🙂🙂🙂

Great place with modern rooms and friendly and helpful staff especially the receptionst

This hotel is very clean and spacious and grand! Location is next to a very beautiful mosque and it has decent food nearby.

Very impressed clean and friendly staff

A great comfortable stay with excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though we booked 2 rooms for 4 nights , early checkin was an issue though and we had to wait from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm in the hotel lobby to get a room while we were dead tired from our long flight from Amsterdam. Atleast guests waiting should be offered a shower and a drink /lunch if rooms are not available for early checkin. Rest of the stay excellent as per Crown plaza standards 👌. We definitely would recommend the hotel to stay again in Dubai.

Nice hottel

It has some nice staff with nice location. Adel, Butroos and Nyldi are very nice people at the front desk.

Nice hotel, big lobby with comfortable sofa, stuff friendly, good service and clean and quiet, nice Asian restaurant, all facilities on the rooftop, pool is cold in summer time and clean, I love this hotel
