Royal Plaza Inn by Rak Rooms, Calicut
"Our stay at this hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish. The property is modern, well-maintained, and offers a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts guests at ease. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, thoughtfully equipped, and extremely comfortable, making them ideal for both business and leisure travellers. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to help, ensuring that every request was handled promptly and with a smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made us feel valued throughout our stay. The breakfast was another highlight, offering an impressive selection of fresh, delicious, and well-prepared dishes that catered to a variety of tastes. The quality and presentation exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful start to each day. The hotel's convenient location, secure parking, and efficient check-in and check-out processes added to the overall comfort and convenience. Despite its modest exterior, the interiors are stylish, elegant, and create the impression of a far more premium property. If I were to find one small quibble, it would be the entrance. Access to the hotel is through the building's basement, and negotiating the parking can feel a little like a gentle test of one's driving skills. Thankfully, there is always a courteous member of the staff on hand to guide you in with reassuring confidence, so what begins as a moment of mild apprehension quickly becomes a complete non-issue. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money, combining excellent facilities with warm, attentive service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Kozhikode. We look forward to returning in the future."
Grand Plaza Suites
"I stayed at Grand Plaza Suites in Kochi and was very impressed with the service. I had some issues with my room and the manager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by many restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality."

Le Candles Resort
"Overall a bad experience, Firstly the pool view room in the website seems big but they are very very small rooms with no space for anything and no privacy. Apart from a double bed, there was not much of space. There was no fridge in the rooms and showers were not working properly. Food was horrible and the breakfast area is very small with only 4 options in the buffet when we stayed. While the good things are the Staff who were very helpful and courteous. property looks good with lots of green area. FYI… The dinner needs to be ordered max by 7.30 pm and can get the order till 10 pm."
Hyson Heritage Calicut
"A centrally located hotel with very courteous and pleasant staff. Excellent cozy rooms with good ambiance. Very good spread for breakfast"
