ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม บริการดี แค่ไม่มีกุญแจห้องเสริมเพียงพอ ปัญหาเดียวคือฉนวนกันเสียง มาพักที่นี่สองสามครั้งแล้วและทุกครั้งที่ได้ยินสิ่งที่ห้องถัดไปพูด เสียงนาฬิกาปลุกดังขึ้น เสียงห้องน้ํา ฯลฯ นอกเหนือจากนั้น ที่เหลือก็โอเค

A service that you wouldn’t be able to imagine. This apartment would be the last resort you would want to choose in Kuching. If it wasn’t because of imperial hotel that was fully book during my time of stay i wouldn’t be choosing this apartment ever and also because due to my lack of research of other hotels as well I was actually looking for a hotel with swimming pool for kids to enjoy and spend their time with. Other hotel was way too expensive for only 2 nights stay.. However, this complaint is truly just on their service provided. Not on the facilities.. It is fully because they have the worst real estate agent to manage these service apartments. LUCO VISION SDN BHD (agent name: Lily).. First asking for RM200 deposit which I totally understand but later ask for RM30.80 “Service Charged” even after I fully paid my fee through Agoda. When I ask for explanation on what kind of service charged is charge, but they couldn’t explain further none other than just mentioning “this is management T&C”. Thereafter I call Agoda for further explanation on this service charged and it come to my surprised that even Agoda were not aware of such servicing fee being charged on client. How funny is that? Later then the agent say i must pay no matter what if i wish to continue my stay, i mean i have already fully paid to Agoda on my stay of RM494.60. And so called service fee that is chargeable, they can’t even explain it. By the way if you are curious why m i so furious on this service charged is because they can’t even give a brief explanation to what service charge m i paying, everything here is self check in and they have laundry machine in the apartment but it was lock because i have to pay extra to use it and worst still there’s no drinking water provided. Least of it, when i complaint to them through WhatsApp and demanded to have a number to call, agent refused to give a number. Stating that i can only contact them through WhatsApp. What kind of service is that?? I can’t even ask for a number or have a person to talk about on this issue?? So yeah, not to even mention when i ask for early check in of 30 minutes and they say it is also chargeable at an amount of RM150.00.. in addition to that there’s literally no front desk at the lobby and we can’t even go anywhere else because our luggage would eventually be unattended.. everything here is charges charges charges.. I really don’t like wasting my time giving complaint through online platform but this kind of service from these real estate agent or so called properties agent really giving me difficult sleeping time and future guest should deserve to know this kind of service from these people. I am not the only person giving complaint on Imperial Apartment already. I have live apartment at Penang and other places, their services was way more better than i could better explain in words.

a great hotel to stay. not exactly in town but it is a good enough to stay if you have rent a car. breakfast was good but not so much choice for the hot food.

I checked into the premium king room on the 10th floor. The room was clean and spacious, facing the Sarawak River. The scenery was great, but too bad, the windows were dirty. I wondered how long they had not been cleaned, and so that badly affected the view. There was a king-sized bed which afforded a good night's rest. Aircon was cold, but the tv was old and had limited channels. Facilities were basic - there was a kettle, a mini fridge, an iron and an ironing board, vanity kits. However, hairdryer was missing. I would recommed this hotel for business travellers or those looking for a few days' stay. The hotel is generally very quiet. It's not located at the best location, but in Kuching, it is easy to get anywhere via e-hailing. Those driving can get lots of complimentary parking at the basement of the building.

Hotel is around 2.5km to waterfront, a bit far but a lot of bars and eateries along the way. Breakfast was good in terms of taste but only consisted of asian food mostly, not much variety. Parking is available but not free as it requires parking coupon. Room was okay in sizes and amenities. However, there was broken flooring and no storage/rack in the shower room which makes it difficult to put toiletries for showering. The tv was also small for the distance between the bed and tv. Towels were old and please replace it. Otherwise, the wins for this hotel were parking, breakfast availability and competitive price. Overall stay experience was 6/10.

ผมมากับแม่เพื่อมาเที่ยวที่ระยา ผมพัก 3 คืนกับพวกเขาและได้ห้อง standard double ผมมาตอนเช้า 1 เช้า และขอเข้าห้อง เค้าให้ผม!! ขอบคุณมาก เพราะต้องการ หลังจากเดินทางมาไกลบินจากสุรบายามายัง Pontianak และทริปทางรถบัสไป Kuching ห้องพักก็ใหญ่ดีไม่มีหน้าต่างตรงนั้น อ่างล้างหน้าอยู่นอกห้องน้ําแต่ดูสะอาดและโอเค ห้องอาบน้ําใหญ่และสะอาด โทรศัพท์ของฉันเชื่อมต่อกับ wifi ของโรงแรมไม่ได้ผมว่าเพราะห้องผมอยู่ไกลจาก router เค้ามีน้ําร้อนที่เสถียร ช่วงที่ผมเข้าพักลิฟต์อยู่ระหว่างซ่อมแซม 2 ครั้ง แต่ก็โอเคตั้งแต่ตึกมีแค่สองชั้น โรงแรมเคยมีร้านอาหารแต่ปิดในช่วงที่ผมพักที่นั่น ผมจองโรงแรมออนไลน์ จึงจะถูกกว่านี้ กูชิง ริเวอร์ไซด์ สามารถเดินไปได้ 20 นาที เลยใช่ โรงแรมอยู่ในย่านใจกลางเมือง ! ถ้าสนใจเบียร์และแหล่งท่องเที่ยวยามค่ําคืน มีร้านเบียร์ 2 แห่ง 1 และ พ่อค้าท้องถิ่นกลับโรงแรม

เราพักสองคืนในห้องพักสองประเภทของโรงแรม ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม พนักงานเป็นมิตรและมีประสิทธิภาพ อย่างไรก็ตามแผนกต้อนรับไม่รู้ว่าป้ายรถเมล์ Kuching Metro ฟรีอยู่ที่ Jalan Padungan ที่ไหน (เราพบป้ายรถเมล์ในวันสุดท้ายที่นั่น) คนเฝ้าประตูสามารถช่วยเหลือแขกได้มากขึ้นด้วยการให้ความช่วยเหลือ ห้องดีลักซ์เตียงแฝดมีขนาดกําลังดีจึงสะดวกสบาย อย่างไรก็ตาม ห้องสตูดิโอขนาด 15 ตร.ม. แน่นมาก ประตูห้องเปิดตรงไปยังเตียงควีนไซส์ มีความรู้สึกเหมือนถูกกักกัน การดูแลทําความสะอาดไม่สอดคล้องกัน ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดมือที่ไม่ได้เปลี่ยน อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างน่าเบื่อในวันธรรมดา มีอาหารร้อนให้บริการ แต่ไม่มีซีเรียล

Anything just average, breakfast not worth the price, very simple options. I purchased over check in counter but unfortunately they missed my breakfast orders, let us stand over front of the restaurant 10 mins to check with the front counter staff. Room quiet, clean is satisfied, Bathrooms have a separate rainshower and a spa bathtub. But the shower head sometimes don't have water come out, I think is because besides the room also using bathroom on the spot.

Receptionist are ok. Room windows are dirty, you cant see the view outside because of the mould are everywhere outside of the window. Room itself is ok but carpet are not that clean with used tissues and shredded papers on the floor. Iron is provided which is great. Breakfast is simple with 2 cereal options, 2 types of pastry, one bread with fruit jam/butter/kaya, scrambled egg, baked beans and fried noodle. Drinks got two options either cordial or hot coffee but acceptable since the breakfast costs only RM19/pp.
