Monocolo Boutique Hotel

No restaurant around this area except for the restaurant in the hotel. Overall, the Room was clean and staff was friendly. Guests from the other room were talking loudly at night until midnight. The noise was making it difficult for us to sleep but we were also too lazy to call the receptionist. They stopped after the other guests made complaints and told them off.

Pros: The hotel's location is strategic. Excellent customer service. Cons: Additional mineral water cannot be requested without charge. There is a fee of RM 3 per bottle for requesting additional water.

Overall it's a great stay except an incident happened on our 2nd night when we are back from outside the hotel Genset undergoes repair and guests are unable to take a shower and rest after a whole long day outside.

The location of this hotel is excellent, hotel is tidy and clean, i have a good experience in this hotel

The cleanliness is expected as a new hotel. The amenities, services are all top notch. Its spacious enough for 3 of us. The cons is only about the location and parking as it was limited and might missed the junction.

The hotel is relatively new, can be easily reached by grab. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel does provide daily housekeeping if you stay longer time. The staffs are all nice and will greet guest. Will recommend others to stay here.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Check in process was terrible. Was arrived early before 3pm ( about 1.30 pm ). Requested to check in early if room was ready because my dad was just from clinic and need rest. Reception told that room was ready and was told that early check in need to pay RM50. ( Doesn’t know actually early check in need to be paid ). Cause my dad was already really tired and we proceeded to check in early with fees written in term n cond. was RM50. However , receptionist tried to charge me more which is RM53 without any reason. Lucky I saw the fees written before I pay with my CC. Argue with her only she change the fees to RM50. Then, was given room card and no further instructions where n which floor was our room. Bad service !
