For my experience,
Day 1. At 1st I came to the hotel. the front office staff treat me well. The registration process also fast. I asked their bell boy to help us bring all the luggage but I was shocked because they don’t have bell boy. Only receptions need to be multi-tasking doing their job. Ok I don’t bother it as long as can help us but then during that time there has a lot of customer, so the reception as me to bring the trolley by our own. Luckily when we want to push the trolley, another reception just came back from up stair. Then he helped us.
Then, my children and I went to the room 1st. My husband park at the lobby for temporary before going to the basement. The safety for customer was really good which is you cannot be going upstairs if you don’t have card room access. However, it troubles me which I need to go downstairs pick up my husband to the room. The room was great. it has a large room even though it only superior room but the shower was broken. However, we don’t have time to change the room as we rushing going to my cousin wedding and didn't mind because still can use.
For car parking, you cannot get parking at the lobby because it always full house but you can be parking at the basement. but it not so friendly user. For example, you only can get free for 1st parking. Then you need to pay. It state from 12am-11.59pm parking charged RM4. But to be honest every time you parking it will cost you RM5. Like us stayed for 2 days and we going out more than 5 times. it costs us. Then every time you want to pay for ticket machine you need to go to the main lobby not at the car parking. Which is ridiculous.
For swimming pool and playground accommodation very good + comfortable.
For operator and room services it really suck because no one picks up the phone. We’re calling from lunch time to the evening nobody picks up the phone. Then I got an idea to call using our own phone to the hotel then the reception answer. My husband asks her why nobody pick up the phone when we try call from our room. Then the reception said maybe it got a problem and ask us to call using the hotel telephones. Only a few ring she’s pick up the phone. What a f…!!! We ask for change towel, coffee & tissue because we didn’t ask for makeup room. We waiting from 4.30pm until 6pm nobody coming. Then we go out again to attend wedding reception, after back our bed was clean up by housekeeping.
Day 2. We only not satisfied for operator and room service. Because we don’t want to go out and pay parking just to tapao or going down bcoz don’t want wasting time (check out time at 12noon) and my children want go to swim so that we want order food. But we call room service/operator again no one answer. It really frustrated. 5-star hotel but the hospitalities very bad. I’m not sure if them provide a meal to the room because I don’t get any clue from the book information at the room. Check out time, we called reception to bring the luggage to downstairs. then they finally pick up our phone room. maybe it because we want to check out already. Check out process really fast which I only pass the card. However again I need to recall reception so many time to send all luggage to the car. I can’t push it because I have 3 small young children still need my attention. My husband also need to take our car at the basement.
For future I don’t think we want to repeat. We like the place and accommodation but it really annoyed for the staff services and cost us for car parking because we like to go out and food hunter in KK rather than eat at the hotel. Which is standard food.
