Check in time too late 3pm. Welcome staff not friendly. Swimming pool rules may need to consider of attire for Muslimah guest. House cleaning personnel very helpful.

The hotel was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were stunning, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel.
We were delighted by the large pool facing the beach. We could just walk right to the beach after taking a dip in the pool.
The staffs were very pleasant. They were welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay.

Superb & incredible view especially sunset. It was a quiet place & suitable to relax.
However, it is sad to see the suite & surrounding area werent mauntain well. Rusty lights, old cabinets, old house smell.

Weaknesses:
1. Terrible smell from the clogged sink.
2. The balcony sliding door can't lock.
3. The window in the kitchen had no curtains/blinds.
4. The bathtub faucet (cool water) didn't work at all.
5. The floor literally dirty (too much sand)
6. No WiFi so I had to use mine but the internet coverage was very poor (maxis)
7. The rusty lamp at the balcony also didn't work.
Strengths:
1. The beds are really comfortable.
2. The AC works well.
3. Fantastic scenery and nice surrounding.
4. The staffs are friendly.
