Yalova / Çınarcık civarında şimdiye kadar en iyi konakladığımız otel. Otelin konumu Çınarcık Taşliman direkt Sahilde, yürüyerek kolayca Çınarcık Merkeze geçebiliyorsunuz. Çok iyi ağırlandık, personel çok nazik ve her türlü soru ve problemlerde yardımcı olup çözüm buluyorlar. Odalar şık ve güzel, büyük balkonlar mevcut. Temizlik konusunda da diyecek hiç bir şey yok, günlük temizlikler çabuk ve detayında yapılmaktadır. Tek eksi puan duvarların çok ince olup, o yüzden sesler kolay geçmesi. [9/10]

I stayed in this hotel 4 nights. While booking, I did request to room far from the restaurant and entrance facing room because of the very loud music ( restaurant) and constant small of the cigarette ( from the balconies facing both entrance). I sent a few msg, nobody replied to confirm. However in arrival I got the room requested. Staff speak barely English. To order a orange juice I had to show/ explain with my hands Breakfast was mostly the same, dinner variable and tasty. No juices was on the buffet. The strong point of this hotel is the roof pool. Thermal water, very hot, good for relaxing. However,some of customers was really annoying: speaking ( shouting) VERY loudly on phone/video call. Also they was very drunk ( at 14 h). They completely ignored the staff and other guests remarks. Myself, asked them to be more quiet as a response was”Fack” probably only 1 word young Man new in English. He started to put the peanuts, snacks in to the pool trying t get my attention. I stayed calm, until he took bathrobe where was my phone,key card, some personal belongings and out on him I asked him to give it back. He was very aggressive towards me. He didn't understood anything,due to drunkenness. Luckily the staff member took my belongings from his pocket and returned them to me. SPA HOTEL 4 STAR*** THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! Never ever during my stays in hotels with 5 stars or without any I didn't seen similar customers behaviour. Staff had to stop it straight away and strictly. But nobody did. So. Hotel itself is ok, I mean room what I had. Cleaned every day . Some mold in the bathroom, smell of cigarettes in bathroom coming via ventilation. Spa, so/so . I give hotel 4 *. Just not to harm them with a bad score.But my feedback is definitely not positive.

ฉันไปครั้งแรกและเมื่อฉันไปฉันมีความสุขมากที่เพื่อนทํางานหัวเราะและกังวลมาก ฉันมีความสุขมากที่อาหารของเจ้านายของเราสมบูรณ์แบบ สรุปคือฉันมีความสุขมาก เป็นวันหยุดที่เงียบสงบ ฉันมีความสุขมากเมื่อฉันมาครั้งแรก กลับเท่านั้น ฉันมีวันหยุดที่สมบูรณ์แบบ ฉันเคยวิจารณ์ว่าเวลาอาหารเช้าและอาหารเย็นอาจจะช้าไปหน่อย ขอบคุณพนักงานทุกคน

บรรยากาศอบอุ่นและซื่อสัตย์ มีการให้ ที่นั่งเก้าอี้ทั้งหมดที่ผ่านไม่ได้โดยไม่พูดว่าสบายมาก อาหารอร่อยมากจริงๆ มีแต่หัวหน้าคนเท่านั้นที่สามารถมาทานอาหารสมองได้ พนักงานห้องอาหารใส่ใจและหัวเราะ ขอบคุณมากจากแผนกต้อนรับและผู้หญิงที่เป็นประโยชน์ของเธอ โรงแรมโดยทั่วไปสะอาดและน่าอยู่ เราใช้เวลาที่สะดวกสบายและผ่อนคลาย

Excellent facility and people. Throughly enjoyed the weekend. Design of the hotel and the rooms are very authentic and nice. Pool areas and other support areas are very clean and organized. I only know the name of Yasar and thanks to him and his team mates for a fantastic service.

Her yıl evimize yakın mesafede olmasına rağmen mutlaka kalmaya gideriz. 4 kişilik bir aileyiz genelde kendimizi rahat hissetmemiz için konsept olarak ailelerin olduğu bir otel arasanız tamda burası ,bizi çeken özelliği ise temiz olması ve personelin yaklaşımları çok iyi gerçekten kendinizi rahat hissettiğiniz bir otel. Ayrıca bulunduğu konumdaki otellere göre en büyük havuza sahip. çocuklarınız uyuduktan sonra bahçesinde çay içmek bile keyif verici....Biz her zaman memnun olarak döndük evimize herkese tavsiye ederim.

ไฮแอท เฮาส์เป็นโรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยม มีการจัดการที่ดี มีประสิทธิภาพพร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากมายเพื่อให้การพักระยะยาวเป็นไปอย่างยอดเยี่ยม แต่ยังเป็นการพักระยะสั้นอีกด้วย เราอยู่ที่นั่นสองวัน ตั้งอยู่นอกอิสตันบูล แต่ง่ายต่อการเข้าถึงสนามบินนานาชาติอิสตันบูลแห่งใหม่ ฝ่ายบริหารเป็นกันเองและให้การต้อนรับดีมาก การเข้าพักหนึ่งสัปดาห์ในตุรกีนั้นน่ารื่นรมย์ อุดมไปด้วยวัฒนธรรมและประวัติศาสตร์ อาหารเลิศรส เดินทางโดยรถยนต์ได้ง่าย (ทางหลวงยอดเยี่ยม) และผู้คนที่เป็นมิตรมาก

ฉันมีช่วงเวลาที่ดีที่ Black Tulip พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและสุภาพ ห้องพักดีมากแม้ว่าจะมีขนาดเล็ก อาหารเช้าน่ารัก ทําเลที่ตั้งที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจใกล้กับรถราง เหมาะสําหรับ Hagia Sophia และเยี่ยมชมมัสยิดที่สวยงามและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวของอิสตันบูล ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือท่อระบายน้ําเหม็นในห้องน้ํา
