I am a localite and I had booked earlier for our marketing team who visit Koraput every week. They used to have a good service but off-late its service has been horrible. For booking you can do it over phone. I had called yesterday and had asked to book a room. They confirmed that room is available. When I provided my details, the guy on the phone the said that they have enough rooms and you can come down as no one will book so late in the night. After reaching, the new guy had come in the shift. Although the room was there, he said that he won't accept it if you don't do advance booking. I asked him the process of advance booking over the phone. He said that you need to give your name, which I had given. If his colleague has not noted, then it is their problem. It was strange as he was very rude while talking about this. No sense of how customer support should be provided. And it was further shocking as they had empty rooms. His other colleagues also didn't agree as how would a customer know if someone at their end over the phone has noted the details or not. His name is Mr. Dharmendra. He also made some personal remarks. And also asking me to rather bang his colleague the next day.
