I went to Corfu for the first time during the summer of '82, without doing any research: big mistake! Kavos... Upon my return to England, I looked into the island properly and booked a four day trip to Sirena Beach Hotel. Utter heaven! I was greeted and treated throughout as a friend or member of the family. Consequently, I returned for a further nine days a month or so later. All of the staff, from cleaning ladies to the owner, were so charming. Special thanks to Giorgio's, Stella, "Dr Raki" and Mr Sirena Beach himself. Would have returned in '23 but for personal reasons I could not. Looking forward to visiting in 2024. Many thanks to everyone there x

We stayed here 6 nights and it was very comfortable. Spacious rooms and large beds - easy to sort your stuff if travelling. Very clean. Staff were great and helped us. Close to restaurants, shops, bus to Corfu Town and a big supermarket. Long breakfast window from 8-11 very relaxing. People making negative comments need to remember how much they are paying a night and that hospitality has just come through a couple of awful COVID years plus cost of living. I would book again

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay in the Sirena. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Small but adequate shower room with plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, air conditioning, mosquito screen across the door. George and Stella are amazing people. So helpful and friendly (thank you for the lend of the kettle George) I can't rate them highly enough and their mission to look after and love all the cats in the area makes them even more special. If we return to Gouvia it will definitely be to the Sirena.

Lovely hotel full of character and charm hidden off the main road next to the beach, and within walking distance of Gouvias bars, restaurants and shop's.
The staff at the hotel are excellent, very warm friendly and welcoming and hospitable, from recommendations of excursions to places to eat, they will go out of their way making sure you are ok and enjoying your stay.
Overall an excellent hotel and I enjoyed my stay highly recommended.

It was a quite decent experience for an almost 3 stars (really 2 1/2), the location, steps away from the beach it is marvelous, some strong noise from the beach restaurant (disco parties at night) and vicious mosquitoes (not the hotel's fault, but make sure to have your mosquitoes spray as a first priority). All in all, Gouvia is a small local village with rocky beach, 20 mins away from Corfu Town (beautiful city) and 25 mins away from Paleokastrița, a magical place for sandy beaches and incredible views. One minus is the hour we ordered the cab for airport, noted wrongly by desk staff, we were lucky the driver was a neighbour :(

We had a great expierence! The hostes from the hotel are very sweet and bubbly. The hotel is located at the centre of Gouvia and close to the beach which was perfect! They come and clean your room everyday and the breakfast was fine! Defenitly recommended❤️

Non alloggiate ASSOLUTAMENTE in questo “hotel” lo scrivo tra virgolette perché non ha niente di hotel! Ho alloggiato qui con il mio ragazzo per 4 giorni. Abbiamo ricevuto un accoglienza sgradevole, ci hanno consegnato le chiavi è indicato da lontanato la nostra camera senza neanche accompagnarci e senza spiegarci nulla! Nessuno che parlava italiano, nonostante ci fosse scritto su Booking, nella camera non c’era un asciugacapelli, gli asciugamani abbiamo dovuto chiederglieli e ci hanno lasciato solo una bottiglietta piccola di schampoo è una di bagnoschiuma. Non hanno un minimo di organizzazione, MAI nessuno nella reception e tutto abbandonato. Colazione ampia ma tutto molto ripetitivo e alcune cose anche del giorno prima, per non parlare della puzza di fogna nella camera e la stanza piccolissima! Beh che dire il mio consiglio è di non alloggiare in questo hotel perché la qualità non vale il prezzo!

Για 110 ευρώ το βράδυ δεν αξίζει. Το wifi στο δωμάτιο δεν έπιανε καθόλου. Το δωμάτιο μικρό για οικογένεια 3 ατόμων. Το air condition χτυπούσε απευθείας πάνω στα κρεβάτια με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να το αφήσουμε ώρα ανοιχτό. Το πρωινό όχι φρέσκο. Οι κουρτίνες δεν κάνουν σκίαση με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάμε πολύ νωρίς.Το μπαλκόνι έβλεπε μεν λίγο θάλασσα, ουσιαστικά σε ένα πάρκινγκ αλλά ήταν πολύ μικρό και δεν μπορούσαμε να κάτσουμε έξω πάνω από 5 λεπτά λόγω κουνουπιών. Επίσης η καθαριότητα στους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου ήταν μέτρια έως κακη, το δε όλο κτιριο μαζί με τον κήπο ήταν παρατημενα.Τέλος, φύγαμε με γαστρεντερίτιδα, η οποία εικάζω προήλθε από το πρωινό η το φαγητό στην γύρω περιοχή που στα περισσότερα μαγαζιά εχουν φαγητό κακης ποιότητας.
