I would give zero stars. I did cancel my booking (2 nights,2adults,2 children) in just one hour after I've done it,and after phone conversation with Arcadia they assured me that I would get a refund(it was at 12th April) till today I didn't get money back. I've spoken with owners few times and they keeps telling me that they will send my money back just always given some excuses... sickness then next month because of something and pushing it forward, hasn't reply for emails. I feel cheated by them.
