Worst wifi ever; bring a lot of your own data, sh¡tty food; tastes like garbage, they close the gym at night and weekends (***?), and some of the staff look at you like you were a nuisance, I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Magdalena (waitress) is the only one that made me feel like I was in a hotel, she is really good. I come from Honduras (poor af country) and we do have better hotels and customer support… I really think they need to improve, I am pretty sure, I’m not coming back here, I even downloaded this app to write a review, yes it was that bad.

Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt am kleinen Fluß "Parseta". Kaufland, Apotheke und Banken in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gute Therapien und Massagen zum günstigen Preis, ( sollte man aber früh buchen, sind sehr beliebt ) Schwimmbad und Whirlpool ein bisschen klein, aber sonst in Ordnung. Reichhaltige und gute Buffets, jeden Abend schöne Musik- Veranstaltungen. Große Zimmer und ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel, nettes freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Het hotel op zich was goed , alleen de schoonmaak was wat minder. We verbleven er 12 dagen . Het bed is nooit verschoond. Dehanddoeken werden soms pas na 3 dagen verschoond.
Het eten en restaurant was na wens. Ook bij de receptie waren ze behulpzaam
