床が細かい砂でいっぱいでした。ですが、お湯はしっかりでました。ロケーションは中心部からは少し離れていましたが、歩ける距離でした。

Grt stay for a night we must say, lovely Night stay @hotel, f. O team is just excellent under sayantan & ***isha, very young and charismatic personalities, loved the gym, pool, restuarant & rooms, too good guys thankyou for making it special for each one of us as we were from policy bazaar.

Nice stay with delicious food and illuminating atmosphere There is a swimming pool gym Staff is very supportive and friendly to accommodate the things to make the stay pleasant. Located in central Kolkata from where market shopping and other things can be explored smoothly.

Overall good as in staff like Shiva and ***isha at reception. Only problem was wifi which was not working. Otherwise every was good and very hygienic. Staff was prompt and great. Food was also good..,,................,.................

Thanks to whole Team Members of Park Prime Hotel who had assist us and provided good care of us! Especially thanks to Mr. Arran who has initiated our initial booking and stayed for long period of time. Moreover he has more take care extension of date while booking was on full swing mode.

Excellent experience as always. Arpan at reception is very helpful. Food is ok, and breakfast options are also good. Over all a very comfortable stay. I visit often as I prefer their service and hospitality. Also the location is in the heart of the city.

Room and service was amazing. Staf was helpful. Gym and pool was good at the hotel. Only thing which need to be worked upon is breakfast. Menu should be changed each day. Staff at breakfast area should be proactive to deliver the stuff which is required.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main road and hence gives easy access for hop in and hop out. The staffs are really courteous and helpful especially Mr Shiva. I will definitely recommend for travellers coming to Kolkata.

The property was excellent with all the required amenities in Kolkatta city center. Complementary breakfast was fantastic, very healthy food. Appreciated Ms Jyoti and the team for the way they take care of guests in the restaurant. Keep up the good work.👍
