I had a delightful candlelight dinner at Hotel Gallery 67, thanks to the suggestion of Mr.Tanmoy Ghosh, Operation Manager. The ambiance was special, and the food was delicious, offering a wide variety to choose from. The service was prompt and courteous, making the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect place for a memorable evening!

There was a one security guard his name is Munna Mehta he was standing front of the entrance and he doesn't know how to speak with guest and he is very very roots. He miss behav with 2-3 person from of me i kindly request to management team just give to him trening how to speak to guest thank you.

The stay was extremely comfortable. From the point of checkin and through the stay to checkout wherein the very courteous front desk staff Riya, Kakuli and Tanushka showed keen interest to promptly respond to the queries. They are ably supported by the service staff some of the names which I remember Rahul, Jayanta, Abhijit, Jannat. The overall experience was WOW. A subtle suggestion perhaps could be evaluated with respect to making the Ala Carte menu little more elaborate to the pallete as is the scrumptious Buffet breakfast menu!!!!! Hope to use the services again!

Poor service .no sense how to help customer. They are just giving excuses. Pathetic Service .specially their wifi didn't work .pathetic ground staff.neither their food is good. Chef have no idea for cooking. Don't book your room otherwise u will be suffered

This is by far one of the worst hotels in Kolkata. I explain below - 1) The front desk/reception people are very unprofessional. They delay giving you rooms by hours despite a check in time of noon. No courtesy of even offering water or a seat and are desperate for your IDs and photos. Needs massive improvement. 2) Despite being located in ultatanga, this hotel is right on the main road leading to constant traffic noise throughout the day. The hotel doesn't have adequate parking for vehicles. 3) The breakfast is by far the worst attribute of the hotel. The food seems old and the juice and tea are watered down. The worst is the service especially by Subroto who basically just stands laughing with his other friends. I strongly advise customers against taking breakfast with your stay. 4) The rooms are overall small, stuffy and the bathroom barely has space for one peeps to turn. I understand it offers cheap accommodation but service and customer satisfaction are non existent. Had a nightmare experience!

Should start appreciating the members of the staff from reception, Saumithra and Rina Dutta who made the check in process simple and ensured that I hadn’t waited for more than 3 mins to get the room’s access card. The room was spacious, bed and pillows were good, linens were daily changed by Amulesh, Jantoo Debnath and Bobby Ghosh. These trio ensured that the room was cleaned, mopped and toilet was cleaned every single day of my stay. I wish to congratulate for their sincerity and thank them for their continued efforts and services. Much Appreciated. One suggestion: The breakfast spread can be improved and the restaurant menu can be expanded with more dishes. Overall one of the best stays in Kolkata.

I visited Gallery 67 a few times for a Banquet Hall meeting and for dining. All the times, I have received exceptional service from the staff and manager! Regarding food, I will just say "Wow!". We have tried their Chinese or Indian cuisine and have always found them delicious. They do serve buffet and can customize as per the needs of the customers, if it's organized for any corporate event. Regarding the Banquet Hall service, it was simply superb. Their staff took care of the smallest of needs and minor changes that were required for the event. Special shout-out for Mr. Subhasis Das and Mr. Utpal Samanta! I have interacted with both of them and found them to be extremely helpful. In fact, Mr. Subhasis Das has been an amazing host every time. Overall, I am elated with their service and value for money. I would definitely recommend this up and happening joint located right at the junction of Bidhannagar and Salt Lake entry. P.S. I didn't try their rooms yet, so I can't add anything about it in my review right now.
