Ibiza the Fern Resort & Spa, Kolkata

It was an excellent trip.

It was mesmerizing,,, all the staffs were pretty hospitable and we truly felt that the 12 k that we paid was worth it,,,, moreover we were allowed to access the property after checking out which was a generous gesture I must say and the buffet was mouth watering,,,, best place to go to get a whiff of fresh air

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere & great staffs. First impression of the hotel was superb, a warm welcome followed by a brief explanation of the resort & its facilities. Everything about the resort was exceptional. We got a room in Nirvana with temple view. The room was clean and well equipped with almost all modern facilities and was very comfortable. Food was really tasty and service was prompt too. We loved their disco, boating & swimming pool and also tried couple of adventure activities. We were very pleased with our stay. We just can't wait to be back soon. Thanks Ibiza for such a good experience

I went with my families and had a great time there. Pool was exceptional. Service was great!! Every team member I met are always ready to help you out at every single moment. The Rooms were really good and have a very good open view. The buffet spread is really good as compared to the price. I would specially thank Anirban & Liza to help me out with every single queries that I have raised while reserving the room.

Holi Event in this resort ausome & also thank you receptionist team Ms.Sayanti & keshab & also Mr. Avirup they are very concern about what guest need . Also Food & Beverages are ausome really appreciate to visit outing in resort ,really enjoyed.

I went there with family from 25th nov to 27th nov 2023 room no 4004. They charged me 12k/night including meals. But the room which was provided was away from the property somewhere called Nirvana building. The room are worst. Dirty maintenance, floor is dirty, cobwebs around. Floor seems like not moped for days. Furnitures are rickety, shabby sofas and ill maintained electrical fittings. The bathroom has no tap, only shower, basin and commode. And ond used wine glass was still lying there. Brush tray have a coating of dirt. While booking I was told I will get a Club premium room, and with price I am paying I was expecting atleast a decent room, but instead what they provided me was a cheap third class room. Never in my life I have lived in such a worst room. I am never visiting there again and will tell all others that all the hype that was made for this property are just a marketing gimmick. Visit elsewhere, don’t waste money. The common playroom has broken carrom, missing chess dices. Hand football damaged, and all electronic game items are out of service. Only good part about the trip was its fooding, swimming pool and Spa. Don’t expect a good room or hospitality , you can get 100 times better facilities in 1/3rd of price elsewhere. I am really disappointed and I feel cheated.

We visited Ibiza for a family trip, it's an amazing resort. Delicious spread buffet they kept in the restaurant. Kids activities are too good, my son was tried his skill in archery. Staffs are too good and supportive, starting from boating, dining, housekeeping, especially Subhendu, Suprava. Will visit again, recommended to all visit here for a spend good & refreshing time.
