The Planes Guesthouse

This was literally the worst place I have ever let my head down in my life. From I arrived here with my family till I left was a nightmare. I arrived at 21:15 and when I got to reception they told me that I can’t have my room since the construction workers stared working there and they did not informed them. They said I must go to their others B&B down the road they can help me. I got there and it was so bad I could not keep my family there. The rooms was so dirty and bad and the door had no lock. Very dodgy. I went back to the first place and demanded them to sort it out. They said they can give me a room with one double bed, so we all had to sleep on one bed. It was very late and the children was tired, so I just took it. The linen was dirty, there was no hot water, there was not a glass or a spoon or plate in the kitchen. The door looked like it was kicked in and the ceiling was brown from all the water leaks. To top it all off we were there for 10 min and the power went off. Was not load shedding, because everyone around us had power. Just this place was off Please do not come here, you will hate it. I don’t know where the pictures were taken but the room looks nothing like in the pictures. I left at 6 am in the morning cos we could not take it anymore
