9 ฮอร์นบิลส์ เต็นท์ แคมป์(9 Hornbills Tented Camp)

房間整體設施都很不錯，室外可遠眺攀牙灣海景，有接駁車來回山上，服務人員熱情友善且積極。唯一的缺陷是分配的房間是最邊最矮的一間相比其他房間景色要差一些

景觀優美，野奢選擇！設計有品味，但畢竟是帳篷，蚊蟲還是有點，洗澡要室外洗，還沒有熱水，泡浴缸是室內有熱水。

In one word: AMAZING! What can I say. From the moment of arrival until departing the hotel it was simply an amazing experience. The staff is the best, trained to excellence service. We stayed at the luxury tent and it was all for ourselves. I can only recommend this experience to anyone whom like nature and enjoys all animals sounds around you. What a marvellous place and the view is simply breathtaking. I didn’t wanted to leave this place. A bit pricey but worth it.

We stayed 3 nights at 9 Horn Bills in February and enjoyed every minute of this unique experience. We loved the privacy of our tented pool villa and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was also so nice and accommodating . The food at the restaurant down at Koyao hotel was tasty. We had a special bbq dinner organized for my birthday and it was super romantic and the staff took such a great care of us. 9 Horn Bills also organized a private guided tour for us to Hong Island and we loved it! We always seek for unique places to stay and 9 Horn Bills was definitely one of those we will never forget!

We spent three great, eventful weeks in Thailand. Five of these days at Hotel 9 Hornbills in Ko Yao Noi. The extremely nice and courteous people and the sensational weather that accompanied us almost every day made our vacation really perfect. A particular highlight was the Panorama Tented Pool Villa. We spent Christmas Eve with an excellently organized barbecue under millions of stars. The buffet was excellent and left nothing to be desired. We can gladly recommend the hotel. We spent one night in a tent pool villa as part of our Honeymoon. The staff at the resort were friendly and accommodating, but we found that our stay was expensive for what we got. Tent villa: it was a unique experience. The view of the islands was beautiful, especially at sunrise. The pool was a great size and fairly clean. However, we found that the room itself was not worth the high price we paid. The air conditioning did not work very well so the room was quite hot. Luckily the fans did the job to keep us cool when we were sleeping. The mini fridge did not cool our drinks well. Food: we had dinner at the main resort. The food was tasty and decently priced. Drink prices were on the high side. We really appreciated the complimentary floating breakfast that the staff arranged for us in our pool. Staff: as mentioned earlier, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged airport transfer for us, and readily picked us up from our tent villa via golf cart whenever we requested a ride down. Overall, if the price of the room was cheaper, I would have given the resort a 4 star review. However, we do not feel that it is good value for your money based on what you get and the quality of the finishes in the room.

If your looking for a relaxing and serene location for couples or young family’s this is the perfect location to be. Alex and Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome during our stay. Plus the locals were always accommodating. The friendliest place I’ve visited by far. The room or should I say tents were in excellent condition and the pool was always clean. I have a major fear of bugs so I was hesitant to stay here. But the staff does a great job of pest control. I promise you won’t regret staying here.

Super stylish glamping with million dollar view. We loved the light and romantic flair of the safari tent featuring a claw footed bathtub with view over phang nga bay. The staff was extremely attentive, yet highly respectful of our privacy.

Nous avions séjourné au 9 hornbills en décembre 2018 et nous avions adoré notre séjour. Las, les choses ont bien changé et notamment le service. Si le personnel est adorable c’est certain, le service fait montre d’une totale incompétence. Et à 500 euros la nuit c’est totalement inacceptable. La propreté déjà : il y a 3 ans le ménage en chambre était fait deux fois par jour, le soir notamment pour préparer la chambre et baisser toutes les toiles de la tente. Cette année un seul service et encore fait de façon approximative. La piscine était sale à savoir de la mousse verdâtre le long des parois ce qui montre un manque d’entretien. Je ne compte plus les problèmes ( eau chaude , téléphone en panne, wifi en panne, coffre fort qui ne s’ouvre plus malgré le bon code et où il a fallu attendre une bonne heure pour trouver la clé …) Petit déjeuner rudimentaire - tres peu de choix On m’a volé mes AirPods - quand je l’ai signalé c’est à peine si j’ai eu des excuses. Le pire moment a été le passage du test CPR du 5ème jour. L’hôtel était sensé tout organiser et au final le jour J un énorme bordel alors que nous prenions l’avion le lendemain. Je vous évite les détails sachez juste qu’au final l’hôtel nous a fait perdre une demi journée à attendre à l’accueil, que le test qui normalement devait être gratuit a donc été payant (100€ par pers) et qu’aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé par l’hôtel pour réparer leur erreur puisqu’ils l’ont avoué c’était bien leur erreur. En comparaison le Siam Kempinski à Bangkok ( hôtel bien moins cher que le 9 hornbills) nous a organisé le test PCR en 5 min et a fait venir une infirmière à l’hôtel) . Bref beaucoup de problèmes lors de ce séjour - aucun geste de la direction pour réparer tout le temps perdu à l’accueil à gérer tout cela et le sentiment de les déranger . Le fait que la plupart du personnel parle à peine anglais n’a pas arrangé les choses et je pense y est même pour beaucoup dans les problèmes que nous avons rencontrés. Nous avons égal eu l’impression que le personnel - malgré la volonté de bien faire - était laissé à l’abandon. Où était la direction ? Très très déçus de notre séjour nous qui avions passé un si bon moment en 2018. Une jolie tente et une vue magnifique ne font pas tout. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie de prix le service est primordial et il n’était pas là. Nous ne reviendrons plus vu la gestion catastrophique de cet hôtel - quel dommage, quel gâchis !
