เราพักที่ร็อคสมุยในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2565 และมีความสุขกับสถานที่นี้มาก! เราได้ห้องที่มีวิวทะเล บรรยากาศงดงามมาก มีสระว่ายน้ำ 2 สระ สระใหญ่มองเห็นทะเลได้โดยตรง และสระเล็กอยู่ในระดับสูง น่าเสียดายที่สระว่ายน้ำขนาดใหญ่อยู่ระหว่างการก่อสร้างดังนั้นเราจึงสามารถเพลิดเพลินกับสระว่ายน้ำขนาดเล็กเท่านั้น แต่มันก็ดีมากจริงๆ มีพื้นที่จากุซซี่ นอกจากนี้เรายังได้รับการชดเชยด้วยอาหารเช้าฟรี! พนักงานดูแลดีมาก (ขอบคุณเจอโรมและคนอื่นๆ!!) ทุกคนใจดีมาก โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมาก (ตลาดขนาดเล็ก 2 แห่ง ห้างสรรพสินค้า 1 แห่ง เดินไปประมาณ 10 นาที) คุณสามารถเดินเล่นบนชายหาดที่มีโขดหินที่สวยงามมาก แต่อย่าคิดที่จะเล่นน้ำ น้ำคือ ต่ำมากเป็นเวลานานและไม่ชัดเจนเลย สระว่ายน้ำก็ชดเชย :)

The beach front and pool area are lovely and felt very secluded. The common area where breakfast is offered has lovely views of the ocean. Jerome was an amazing manager who was eager to arrange anything we needed to make our stay as easy and relaxing as possible. We were very grateful for his assistance, local knowledge and lovely manner. We stayed in a double room which was basic but comfortable. We noted that there are also family rooms and a gorgeous looking villa for larger groups. the breakfasts and coffee were a great way to start the day and the drink & fruits on arrival were much appreciated.

One of the nicest places I have ever been. I went to Koh Samui Island twice and both times I stayed at The Rock. Very clean and their compound area is so beautiful. They have a nice private beach and pool which is 24/7 accessible. Anyone can easily have a whole relaxing day without stepping outside. Some nice local restaurants, good super shops, and Grandfather & Grandmother Rock viewpoint are within just 5-10 minutes walking distance. All the staff, specially Jerome is very nice and helpful. Before booking through any websites, ask them if they have available rooms, they may offer you better prices than other websites.

I needed a break from the hostel life and I couldn’t have picked a better place in Samui. I had the beach and pool to myself almost every day. The room was lovely. Convenient location. And Jerome went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed, from finding a scooter for me when a lot of shops were sold out (holiday weekend) to helping me book my ferry to arranging my laundry. He’s amazing, and so is this hotel!

Brilliant 14 night stay. The staff could not have been more helpful. Simple healthy breakfast as we enjoyed local fruits. Other meals were excellent all at very reasonable costs. The room overlooking the sea whilst basic was spotlessly clean with a modern efficient shower bathroom. There is a very good swimming pool and new facilities supporting the pool area were nearing completion. Highly recommended.

Outstanding, great hotel with different types of rooms located in very beautiful and peaceful area at Lamay Beach, Ko Samui. Room have amazing views, very cozy and extremely clean, that is very important for me for example. The food is great too and excellent coffee as well. Mr. Jerome and his staff are fantastic, very helpful, intelligent, nice and very kind always ready to assist with any issues that you need. My opinion, that Rock Samui is just a hidden jem in the island. Strictly recommend. With best and warm regards. Dmitry Luskin.

I cannot stress enough how excellent this hotel was. Myself and my partner have been backpacking Thailand for a month now and this has to be the best place we’ve stayed so far. I’ve never had such amazing customer care and front desk support as much as I have here. When we arrived we were upgraded to a newly refurbished superior room with sea view, the electricity was down on the whole street as there was maintenance works. Jerome was so apologetic and helpful, this wasn’t a problem for us as by the time we got back later it was all back and running. Within half an hour of arriving Jerome had sorted for a moped to be delivered to the hotel, we also got welcome drinks which were delicious mango smoothies along with fresh fruit. We woke up the next morning to warm croissants and apple pies, baked fresh in the bakery. The coffee is excellent. The hotel also offer a 24hr laundry service at 60baht a kg, very affordable and quick service. The hotel location is perfect, near enough to everything you’d need but also far enough away from the party scene of the island. I would recommend, if you’re planning on staying more than one night to book through the hotel as they were able to offer us a better price. Jerome went above and beyond to make our stay the best It could be, he speaks fluent English which was so helpful. Overall, the hotel was excellent and the photos don’t do it justice but at the end of the day it was the customer service that really made this stay as memorable as it is!
