Beautiful heritage hotel with a strong pedigree.. great location.. well mannered and courteous staffs. Super food. Their amenities are good.. the restaurant, the parking, the club all are well maintained and clean. The restaurant staff will go above and beyond for your needs. My boys were catered with chocos and hot milk even for dinner. Chef prepared chicken noodles for my kids out of his way. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Wil come back again here while visiting kodaikanal

My Husband and I visited Kodaikanal right after our wedding and decided to stay at The Carlton and it was the best thing we did after months of hectic wedding preparations. The Carlton is situated right at the lake and offers an amazing view. The rooms have a character and not just regular hotel rooms. Most importantly is the staff service. The staff is courteous and looks after you so well. They remember your preferences and always welcome you with a smile. Special mention to Mr. Anand, Mr. Antony, and Mr. Adithya for taking such good care of us.

Very nice and Pleasant experience with very attentive and excellent staff. Would love to visit again ***** with family. Also the location is too nice as it near Kodaikanal lake where one can also go for boating. Also room service and all necessary equipment is also there. Would like to specially mention the name of staffs - Karthik, Jerome, Anand & Priyanka who attended at the reception and provided excellent room service.

We celebrated our child birthday here. Food, Hospitality and everything was good. All the people working here did their job very well. Simran( Relationship Associate) and Nikhil and Chef Pandi, Micheal, Simeon and Karthik planned for a surprise cake cutting.

Enjoyed the stay in the carlton as usual. The hotel is in the heart of kodaikanal and the view is on the best in kodaikanal. The service and the staff are as always warm and welcoming. Over all a pleasant stay as usual. This is our third stay in the Carlton

What an amazing stay. We stayed for four days in June. Five star for the hotel and five star for all the staff. Check in was a breeze. Room was large, clean, well maintained with amazing view of the lake. Breakfast and dinner had sufficient spread with varieties offered every night. Lots of healthy options too. Stand out was that every single staff was very courteous always greated us with a smile. It is a very good resort with plenty of large open spaces to relax and unwind. All staff need a callout. Some names to mention: Ishwarya Akriti Ravi Shankar Simran - guest relations associate Diwakar Priyanka Karthik Anand - bell captain
