The stay food & the staff are very very courteous. Especially our caretaker Ms. Sinchana was having good knowledge about the property. Time to time she checks our stay comforts House keeping & quality & taste of food. The resort management should also display few boards stating the guest should behaved properly & be kind to resort all staff so that this will enhance their confidence & efficiency.

Excellent hospitality and very good service. Specially I mention the staff Pooja she was soo humble and kind she used to respond immediately and given good services to us. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed, blending modern comfort with local charm. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked mini-bar, ensuring that every need was met with ease. One of the highlights of my stay was the resort's dining options. The on-site restaurants served an array of delicious dishes, showcasing both local flavors and international cuisine. The freshness of the ingredients and the skillful presentation made each meal a delightful experience

We spent 2 days completely with Mother Nature because of the fantastic environment.. It was calm and serene where we can relax ourselves from our busy and pressurized life style.. Kids enjoyed in private swimming pool (temperature controlled) even though there was drizzling every now and then... Buffet menu can even be better with more South Indian dishes.. And, some more non veg starters can be included.. Last but not least...Staff were very polite and responsible... our point of contact was Pooja...She was very supportive throughout our stay and made sure that we are comfortable in all aspects...

Sharing our pleasant experience of staying in Evolve back coorg recently. We had travelled in a group of 7 and had booked two heritage pool villas. Everything from booking to checking in was so smooth and seamless. The staff were super courteous and helpful. The Heritage pool villas were spacious and comfortable with the a nice old world charm and vibe nestled amidst beautiful scenery. The icing on the cake was clearly the indoor heated pool. The buggies for ferrying us across the property was available round the clock. Tried all their 3 restaurants and the food was great in all of them. We thoroughly enjoyed the many experiences on offer at the resort, each one unique in its own way: the plantation walk, bird watching, coracle ride on river Kaveri and the session on coffeology. As a special gesture, the management invited my father to hoist the national flag at their republic day celebration which capped off a an unforgettable and memorable stay for us at EB, Coorg. This review will not be complete without a special mention to their great staff who went out of their way to make out stay very comfortable and truly memorable. Ms Milana (Guest relations and our goto person for the entire duration of our stay), Ashgar Ali (Restaurant Manager-gave great suggestions for each meal during the stay), Shreerag, Akhil, Vino (Super helpful Restaurant Staff), Honey (Very knowledgable and articulate Plantation walk guide), Murthy (Great Bird watch and coffeology guide), Megha, Prajeesh (Every smiling and helpful Buggy captains), Molly, Mani, Umar (Sincere and hardworking Housekeeping staff).

We had an incredible stay at Evolve Back Resort, Coorg, made all the more memorable by the exceptional hospitality of Ms. Anvitha, who ensured our comfort and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Our room, designed like an old Keralan house, was absolutely beautiful and added a unique charm to our experience, blending traditional elegance with modern comfort. The activities offered were truly enriching. The eco-walk and coffee-tasting session led by Mr. Gopal, the naturalist, was both educational and inspiring. He not only taught us the art of coffee making but also emphasized the importance of being environmentally conscious. The plantation walk and storytelling session led by Mr. Murti were equally fascinating. He gave us an in-depth tour of the coffee fields and shared intriguing historical insights about the Kaveri River, making it a truly immersive experience. We also enjoyed a vibrant cultural show featuring mesmerizing dance performances by local ladies, showcasing the rich traditions of the region. At the restaurant, Mr. Shreerag hosted us with warmth and enthusiasm, introducing us to delicious local delicacies that added to the charm of our stay. Overall, Evolve Back Resort, Coorg, provided us with an unforgettable experience filled with learning, culture, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

Everything on the trip was nothing below exceptional. We were made to feel so special by the staff all of them are very kind hospitable and very nice human beings. They took care of each and every thing. From smallest of gestures to big surprises our stay had them all. It was our anniversary and we couldn’t have spent it any other way. The property is beautiful lush green with nature sounds surrounding you. A perfect getaway. Ms Neetu took great care that we have the most special time. Chef Nikhil and Himanshu (plantain leaf) made our anniversary surprise dinner special. Vinod and Jibin from activity dept. gave a very informative tour of the private plantation and all complete with a sweet surprise at the end. The housekeeping department Manjula Sanjay Vinod deva Chandra decorated our room beautifully. Thank you to each one of you 🫶🏼

Luxury rooms kind staff and very accommodating. Truly beautiful property. The activities are really fun and all nature driven. Clean air and green spaces. And of course great coffee. Recommended to go for a getaway from the city. Definitely

Evolve Back Resort offers a perfect mix of luxury, nature, and exceptional service. We stayed at heritage pool villa ( thanks for up gradation though) . Pooja was very helpful throughout. Thanks a lot Pooja for great assistance for all 3days. The food at Plantain Leaf, with its traditional South Indian dishes, is a standout, complemented by a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. Chef puttu, akhil, amitabh, vino, thanks a lot. Aiyanna from peppercorn was of great assistance for the candle light dinner. The buggy service is efficient, making it easy to navigate the large property without long walks in the heat. Housekeeping is impeccable, with rooms always clean and well-stocked. Overall, the resort provides a rejuvenating experience, combining stunning surroundings with top-tier service and facilities. A great destination for those seeking a luxurious tranquil escape

had a lovely stay their coorg property. friendly and helpful team special thanks to Anil front office manager and Sinchana for taking care. would recommend to plan ahead things to do so that can make the best of your time. hope they will increase guest interaction to understands need better. and maybe showing the factory process of processing coffee beans would be a good experience.
