we have booked to stay two nights with this hotel on the 12th of September, from the 19th of the 21st and unfortunately had to cancel it on the 15th of September due to the nipah virus escalation in Kerala. This Hotel did not care that we did not want to come anymore. They were pushing for us to come under this situation stating the virus was far away or telling us to come somewhen next near, knowing we are not indian tourist. They refused to refund our booking and we have tried several times to talk to the reception and reservation without any feedback. We have told to talk to a lady called Isabelle, who was never available and does not reply to our emails. Very bad way on handling guest, you see they are only interested in the money of their guests. Stay away!!

This property in Fort Kochi is simply amazing, super well located yet a calm and peaceful oasis from the wonderfully bustling streets. The rooms are tastefully appointed, the swimming pool is so beautiful we never wanted to leave it, the food is unbelievably tasty and the staff are simply amazing. Look no further, this is truly paradise.
