Property was at a prime location, everything was accessible. Ambience was good. Food was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

It was very disappointing. When you see that it's a 5 star hotel there are some expectations that you place. And none of them were met. The day we checked in i had to check 2-3 different rooms since there was some issue with the ac in the room that i had booked. It took about 2 hrs since check-in till i got a room. The cleanliness is so poor, the kettle, coffee mugs were not at all clean. The bathroom shower was not working. They didn't provide tissues or slippers unless we requested it. On the first night the electricity went and came for about an hour. The only good thing about the hotel was the food. I won't say it was 5 star worthy. But the food was manageable. Honestly speaking i will never recommend this hotel to anyone

The property is a 5 star for only name sake. The rooms are stinky and does not even feel like a 3 star. A lot of cost cutting. Lights ate turned off in lobby and the entire restaurant was empty and there was no one out there

I just tried for a Dinner at roof top of this hotel restaurant, what a view with efficient and dedicated teams … The quality of the food of this restaurant is no words… just promising my mind to never miss this restaurant food and stay whenever I travel Kochi…

The room ac is not working properly and food service was not good. Breakfast has limited variety of food.

The stay was just ok, we have already booked for room with dinner and breakfast package, the food was not good, the chicken 65 i ordered was not fresh, meat colour is also dull.
