We love how easy it was to get everywhere. The location was absolutely prime for getting to and from all the places we wanted to go. The facility was a bit outdated but for everything we need it was quite convenient. We love having a Starbucks in the lobby in the restaurant seemed very nice we did not visit but it is on our list for next time. We will definitely stay at this property again as it is an old city and this hotel is definitely Central to everything we wanted in the beds were comfortable so there were no complaints. Our front desk staff was way more than accommodating on checking. The young man went above and beyond to help us and make sure that the room we're in with through our liking He was a friendly face and a staple throughout our entire stay.

Hotel stay and staff were friendly, but the misleading labeling on the seemingly “complimentary” waters placed out by the ice bucket we were charged for is just plain wrong. Don’t put out PureLife waters and charge $4 a pop. Pure ridiculous. We also did not have sheets for the pullout sofa bed, even though we marked the room as 4 occupants. Also only had 3 towels placed out. Very inconvenient when staying with a family. They can count overpriced waters but not the towels. Won’t be staying again, they just want to nickel and dime you. But at least our kids got free entertainment of watching 2 homeless people fight outside the hotel. Thanks Knoxville.

felt like i was being watched checking in after midnight. parked myself instead of valet and misunderstood about the elevator. its not connected to the hotel so then you have to walk back up the little hill to get in and then go up to the room

Lobby area, restaurant and outside patio were very nice. Starbucks in Lordy was super convenient.
Pot smoking on the floor wasn’t appealing.
Maintenance entering wrong room was unsettling
Constant checking in of our vehicle and waiting for front desk was annoying. Need better system

The hotel was conveniently located. All requests/questions were handled professionally and courteously by the staff. I used the valet parking and the process for retrieving my vehicle was easy and efficient. The valet staff were all courteous.

Nice hotel we ha e stayed there before, lpse to shopping, an restaurants, only thing this time, our room smelled like B.O. we put some hand sanitizer down, but didnt help. Luckily they put us in another room 30min later
