The location, service and breakfast do not save the hotel. It's located in a no fuzz building on third floor It's basic, very basic. So basic that after booking as solo traveller, the double bed had only single pillow and a single person blanket left - talk about economics. Breakfast was included and it saved a star

Great location just a few minutes away from the pedestrian zone. Nice and helpful staff. We got everything we've requested. The room was big enough for two. Bathroom was okay. Wheelchair accessibility was okay, too.

All' arrivo magari l' impressione non è delle migliori...l' hotel occupa alcuni piani di un condominio nel quale si trovano studi fisioterapici con relativa piscina ed appartamenti .....al secondo piano troviamo la reception, il bar e la sala colazioni .....personale cordiale e disponibile ma la receptionist non parlava italiano e pochissimo inglese .....Le stanze sono ospitate in altri piani del condominio....noi abbiamo soggiornato in una junior suite molto spaziosa, con due stanze da letto, bagno e salottino....bello il panorama dalla finestra (di cui allego foto) e tutto pulito.....ottima la posizione ...10 minuti dalla stazione e 5 minuti dalla Neuer Platz ....buona colazione con proposte sia dolci che salate ...cordialissimo il personale.

Schöner wäre es gewesen die Zimmer nach hinten zu haben. Die Straßenseite ist doch sehr laut, speziell im Sommer. Normalerweise 3 Sterne, für das Frühstück und den Chef gibt es den vierten Stern. Rezeption befindet sich im 2. Stock.

war nicht ok mir zuschlag für gutschein anzurechnen noch dazu wo ich bei check in bestätigung für " no surcharge" erhielt xxxxx auch für missstände / reinigung in suite kein entgegenkommen :) null lustig, wo anders kommt ein obstkorb, torte, petit fours etc hier nichts und ganz wichtig noch . zahle für lauwarme leicht gekühlte drinks :) so null angenehm / lustig.........................x ..frühstück top xx
