Marvida Family Eco - All Inclusive & Kids Concept

10 nights at this amazingly chilled hotel. Rooms are as cold as you would like as air con is always on, 95% of the staff are happy, smile and anticipate your needs. Special mention for Cumali, Toni Montana (sorry can't remember you name you know who you are!!!) and the other gentlemen at the pool bar, they couldn't have made out holiday anymore special. They knew all our names and what drinks we wanted plus so so so kind to kids. House keeping are so amazing, leaving little patterns with the sheets and organising the room so well I learned a few things about tidying up. The food is good but in my opinion the food at the pool snack bar was the best. The chicken kebab is one of the best I've had the chefs in the snack bar are 10/10 again so kind to the kids and happy. The beach has a snack bar and it's also great with the pizza being the best at that place. Slides are amazing and I loved who quick the lifeguards are to make sure everyone is safe. It's a hard job but I think they are doing brilliant!!! Hotel reception bar again the staff and offering another drink before you finish the one you have, asking your questions about you and so polite. The café has great cakes I recommend the apple pie plus the coffee is very good. P.s beer garden is such a great idea, thank you Justin Bieber you were great fun and chef big show also

Fantastic holiday with lovely friendly staff, Cuma Ali from animation was a top bloke and made our holiday extra fun. Food was lovely, rooms clean and lovely. Top marks for all the staff. Show program Is good, lots to do for children and adults alike

This hotel is amazing! After a horror holiday last year was amazing to come to a hotel with a great selection of food and drinks! Was very clean and tidy, when we had an issue with our air con they had an engineer out to view it within the hour! My 6 year old son absolutely loved the animation team! With lots of activities for the children too! Cuma Ali and his animation team are the best we have had abroad! Would recommend a visit to here 10/10

I would recommend this Hotel to Family visitors mostly with kids. There is a lot of attractions for everyone. We started our stay in last week of April and water in the pools was warm enough to spend there half a day. If you want to experience sea, there is a well organized place as well. Food is Great in both locations and bartenders are amazing. With the kids you will always have some ‘fun’ and for that you can count on special support at reception. Really Great people with few languages and no issues with communication. We had family room 2+2 with 1 bathroom and additional toilet for kids. I found it very convenient. Cleaning service was also effective and on time. It’s highly possible we will come back soon. Thank you very much h for everything, it was Great time.

Hotel is nice for kids. Planty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beach. Recommended for families. Kids club is great with nice people. Food is good and enough variaty for everyone starting from local to international. Rooms and service is good.

We went June 12th - June 19th. I can honestly say our time here was amazing! We loved it and our little girl had a great time. Our little girl has autism and is non-verbal and honestly she couldn’t have felt more comfortable, it made our decision to go to here a hundred times better. The staff fully understood when we explained to them about her and they always tried to go above and beyond to try with her. The hotel was always clean and spotless the rooms were nice and spacious we opted for a Large Room for 3 of us. The staff are very welcoming and extremely friendly, I want to give a special thanks to Murat who made our holiday just that bit better, always helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Every single night we went to the bar he worked at just to see him and have a drink. Going as a family is perfect, for the kids there is loads to do, plenty of activities for both young and old, there is enough sunbeds for everyone when we went, sometimes didn’t go to the pool until 11am and always found sunbeds. The main pool is constantly in the sun so it’s just nice to jump straight into and the slides are a great addition, seems the adults had more fun haha! There is shops on the hotel grounds so you don’t have to go for, waterpark less than a 5 minute walk to nearby restaurants and also a big ***** of shops also to get all of the extras you want. Only 2 downsides that we had and it’s being really picky, one restaurant on the hotel meant queueing for food (not long queues) and it being very busy and the kids corner in the restaurant could have done with a better selection of food for Children. However we already decided whilst on holiday we are going back again next year and we honestly can’t wait!

This is simply the best hotel. We’ve been going for a number of years and the staff bend over backwards for you. Ever so clean. Nothing is too much trouble

Marvida Eco Hotel offers exceptional service to their guests, with friendly bartenders and an amazing entertainment staff. The clean pools provide a refreshing retreat, while the overall cleanliness of the rooms ensures a comfortable stay. Just a neutral sentiment about the check out because we arrive. The first day we arrive at 2:00am and we need to checkout at 12:00pm on the last day but if you pay a fee of 50 euros you can stay up to 18:00 .( base on room availability) I believe the hotel can look on this as a future service to offer free late check out for the guests that arrive late. Overall the hotel is good
