โรงแรม *** และก็ดี เรามีวันหยุดที่น่ารื่นรมย์ เนื่องจากเราจะไปถึงที่นั่นตอนกลางคืนในวันที่เราเช็คอิน ฉันจึงโทรหาโรงแรมและแจ้งให้ทราบถึงสถานการณ์นี้ พอผมไปโรงแรมเขาถามเราว่าหิวไหมและบอกเราว่าถ้าหิวเขาก็จะเตรียมอาหารมาให้เราด้วย พนักงานมีความสุภาพและเป็นมิตรมาก เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมากทั้งในด้านราคาและประสิทธิภาพ

Very friendly staff, convenient rooms, good private beach. Delicious food as well👍👏👏👏

My husband & I visited Side Lowe hotel on 1st to 14th June 2024. Good points.... The hotel is very clean, the rooms ok size "for 2 people" the shower was good, always warm/hot water & the beds were very comfortable, which was great for me as I have fibromyalgia & arthritus. the pool is lovely & the sunbeds ok, could do with some padding though. One thing I want to commend was the 2 staff that went above & beyond & is a Great Asset to the Lowe hotel, they are Gurkan on reception in the evening mostly, what a lovely helpfull & kind man he is, he was wonderful. Also Yeter, the lady who wears the hijab & works in the dinning hall, she smiles & works soo hard all day, nothing is too much trouble for her, she is wonderful.. miss you Gurkan & Yeter.. 😘😘😘😘 Now for the bad...... Most other staff are sullen, rude, cannot understand English & Serder the guy helping in the dining hall is soo soo rude, he likes the Germans, Polish & Russians & seems to very much dislike the British, ohh & he likes the single women. 😖😣, he would'nt even look at the Brits, don't know what his problem was.. The food, what can I say, it's EXTREEMLY hit & miss, & catered for anyone except the British, 1 night we had Salmon, 2 nights we had burgers & 2 nights we had kebabs, which were lovely & that's it, 5 nights out of 2 weeks. The drinks.. well the drinks Had to be watered down especially the beer, my husband drank all night & did'nt feel the Tiniest bit tipsy, the vodka, & spirits come in tiny bottles & you could drink the cocktails all night & not feel tipsy either, But when we went out to a bar, 2/3 bottles & you could feel it, somethings up there. Also they shut the bar at 11pm PROMPTLY, &by 5 past 11, they were turning the lights off so you sat in the pitch black, one lady complained to a manager, only to be told, 'it's holidays people want to go to bed'....... what !!!! ? No they don't.. & also my husband on our 10th night was told by a young barman that he could NOT get 2 beers at a time, only 1 beer to 1 bar visit.. ummm.... I went a bit Crazy 🤪 & told them under NO circumstances was they NOT going to give him 2 beers, he would take about 30/40 mins to drink them so was not chugging them back. We've paid for all inc & he could'nt bring 2 beers back to our table ? No way was that happening, & the glasses are Half pint ones. There was Absolutely NO atmosphere at this hotel whatsoever all low key & very quiet in the evening, There was supposed to be 2 nights of entertainment, but there was only 1 one a Tuesday, which was a Turkish dance group & then a belly dancer, & they were really good. So all in all, I would NEVER EVER recommend this hotel, we went to the "Side Resort Calimera hotel" righ5 in front of this hotel & it's a Thousand times better, wish we'd gone back there, but we like to try different ones, but we're sorry we tried this one... just remember, NO ATMOSPHERE & RUDE STAFF. !!!! The property was very pretty, a lovely size and a relaxing place to be. Staff in particular, cleaners were very friendly and efficient. Food could have been better

The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, the old town of Side and the Roman ruins. The hotel is clean and well looked after. This was our second stay at Lowe Hotel and we have been very satisfied. The staff are friendly and helpful. You get a lot for your money by staying here.

Ett fantastiskt hotell med bra service och bra personal. Först och främst vill jag tacka Mustafa, Rojda och Esra för deras fantastiska betjäning! Mevlut som är chefen i restaurangen skötte sitt arbete väldigt fint! Jag kan i stort sätt rekommendera detta hotellet då det är ett väldigt lugnt och rent hotell och har även en promenadavstånd till stan. Jag kommer i framtiden komma hit igen. Tack igen!

Ons verblijf in het hotel was geweldig, vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers, het hotel was schoon en het eten was heel goed, bedankt voor de goeie services
