Best Family Hotel I have been too. We travelled for a hockey tournament and the staff and management went above and beyond to make sure our kids had a wonderful time. Never have I been to a hotel more accommodating to a youth hockey team. Thank you for a great weekend Microtel Kitimat!

Definitely need to work on the cooks, everything was terrible food wise. Told us 10 mins for fresh food for well over 30 mins

The staff was incredible in helping me out at short notice with getting me a room and making me comfortable after a trying day. Highly recommend this place to anyone that should be needing a place to stay for business or pleasure.

this hotel is very new, but the floor make noisy, seem construction is not very good quality.

Room was clean, ac was cold, shower had good pressure and didn't hear a peep from anyone. Lay over was a succes!

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was very clean. and quit. Free breakfast was great lots to choose from, free bottled water in the lobby.. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in Kitimat
