"I’ve lived in Boston before so I knew having a hotel right next to the red line T was perfect for traveling through the city. The location isn’t noisy at all and it’s right by a ***** of restaurants and bars. Also for people who aren’t local it’s a 10 minute drive to the airport so it’s not far at all. One thing to note though is public parking is kinda far and the valet you have the request 30 minutes in advance to get your car (it’s also $59 a night as of July 2026). The photo attached is a pic of the view from my room. I love southie!"
"Could do with some updating, particularly the reception and lounge. Housekeeping was hit and miss. We asked for some glasses in reception and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to bring them. The coffee pods in the room weren't topped up every day and one morning, a half used bottle of hand-wash appeared (not ours nor the hotel brand). The doors had big gaps around them letting in a lot of light and noise, especially the bathroom door which had a huge gap at the bottom so not very private."
"Being very grateful to Mike who helped us solved the issue we encountered at the hotel promptly and efficiently. Big thank you to him for his professionalism and dedicated service to the customers. His assistance made a huge difference in our comfort when staying in the hotel."
