"Dear Trip, The house is very good, and we had a pleasant stay. In terms of communication, the team responded quickly, which we appreciate. However, we hope there can be better awareness of the surrounding situation. During our journey before arrival, several roads were closed due to a mall event. When we asked for alternative routes, we were informed that there was no information about the road closure, even though we had shared photos showing police and guards blocking the roads. This situation caused us some panic, as we were stuck in heavy traffic with no clear direction. It would be helpful if the team could provide reassurance and practical guidance in such situations—for example, advising us that we could approach the guards to open the cones as we were guests checking in. Guidance like this would have helped reduce our stress. Thank you."

"The room is very clean. But still a little disappointment. The Netflix and Premium are not working. Solely depends on Youtube watching from projector. Besides, one of the main issues was the in-room jacuzzi. Every time I filled it with water, there were numerous floating particles, which made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. Given that the jacuzzi is a key feature of the room, I expected it to be clean and properly maintained. This issue significantly affected the overall experience. I hope the management can look into this and improve their housekeeping standards for future guests."

"Comfy bed, large flat-screen, and clean room. However, wifi was not available for the entire stay. Also, there are no hooks in the bathroom, so there is nowhere to hang towel and clothes."

"Check in was smooth and easy. The management is profesional in all the process, very prompt and kind throughout our conversation. The apartment is spacious ,clean and have all the basic equipment and home appliances. Parking is free. Paradigm mall is just beside the building. Overall, good stay and will recommend to anyone coming to JB for a short stay."

"Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus."

"hardly any facilities nearby. it's sharing swimming pool with KSL resort and spa. room has basic amenities with washing machine. no place to dry clothes though. empty TV channels. location easy to get grab rides"
